Not the best hotel I have stayed in, but not many options in Ranong. The pool was ok. the staff need some language skill and definately service skils. The area is very quiet, as it's rainy season. Don't use the Japonese or Chines across from reception, as there is a very decent place 150m away, run by Mr Lee and... More

Stayed there for one night. The room is great, comfortable bed and clean. Arrived there pretty late so didn't use their other services but having breakfast. The breakfast is nice, proper breakfast buffet mainly Asian breakfast though. Overall good stay. Would recommend if you are looking for the place to stay when visit Ranong.

Thinidee Hotel is famous in Ranong province. Thinidee Inn is not Thinidee Hotel but same owner same place (just opposite side). It just quite lower class but furniture quietly the same. Room is quite wide and valuable with my pay suite type, room price 670 THB/night free wifi. This option is good for traveler and no need more services (there... More

We stayed at the Tinidee (meaning "Here is good") Hotel middle of March 2015. It is a larger middle class hotel in the commercial district of Ranong with about 140 rooms. Ample free parking spaces. Used by larger Thai groups for meetings, outings etc. Offers value for money i.e. relatively low price for a standard no-frills room. Rooms are more... More

We stayed 1 night as a stopover for the Diva Andaman liveaboard. The hotel is good, clean and rooms are spacious. The pool area is nice with plenty of shade on the pool deck. Airport pickup was convenient and timely. Breakfast a little limited but ok. Ranong itself is worth walking through - we got lucky and enjoyed the street... More

we had a very spacious room overllooking the river, it was clean and had the feeling of a suite, the hotel has a lovely pool and in its day must have been quite grand, i would recommend this hotel and will go back again when visiting ranong to go over to Burma, my only critisism would be all the girls... Best times fort this hotel is over since long. Rooms are worn out, bathrooms are filthy with stains all over the place and breakfast is very poor and not worth to mention it. For 1,600 Baht there are much better places I have been throughout Thailand. There are lots of pigeons drinking from the pool but also leave their "things"... More

Arrived at the Tinidee Hotel Ranong on a rainy day in December 2014. The place is very spacious. Generally clean and staff are friendly. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a 2 weeks holiday. Not because of the hotel, rather the location. However, for a stop over if you're on the road it is perfectly suited. They offer a very... More

I got off the Myeik - Kawthoung boat at about 4pm. I'd planned to stay in town a few days. I walked to the Penguin Hotel and found the room too basic for $20. I then went to look at the Garden Hotel further out of town which was $25 and very sparse. In the end I decided to head... More

This is the second time we've stayed here and I don't remember it being this mediocre. The hotel is very tired, the staff can't speak much English and I really can't understand why an extra fold out bed in the room costs 50% of the room price. But all of that would have been overlooked if they hadn't put a... More
