This island was what we were looking for: quietness, beautiful white sand beach, some restaurant options nearby, space. Payam cottage offered us a comfortable cottage to make our stay a good one that was absolutely memorable. The first night we had a cottage with sea view, just fantastic. It came with ants though. The nights after we had a garden... More

The resort is located at Ao Khao Kwai which is.. in my opinion.. such a beautiful beach in koh payam. Staff are lovely & friendly. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast may be a little bit small but it's ok. Wifi in the room is imposible to get it (I think my room is quite far from the router in... More

We had a perfect stay and can recommend the place. If available take a bungalow as close as possible to the beach, here you experience the perfect and relaxing environment. The food is great and the kitchen really clean (I had a "tiny cooking class" there as I asked for the recipe of the panang Curry).

Very nice and clean bungalows on beautiful and wonderful Koh Phayam. Nothing to complain about, right on the beach and a nice pool with a restaurant. Dont forget to visit Kwang Peeb Beach on the northern tip of the island.

Payam Cottage is suitable if you are looking for a place right on the nicest beach of Payam island. Buffalo bay has a white sandy beach and the water is clear but you cannot swim when the tide is low in the morning. There's the pool near the restaurant and the food was great as well. We did not have... More

30 bungalows or so, mostly empty during the week we stayed there. fantastic location, during the high tide, it feels like beeing in the Maldives. and during the low tide, the cosy swimming pool is a nice option we did not eat there except for a few occasions in the morning, and the breakfast is something they really have to... Payam Cottage Resort was an ambitious place that seems to have been either sold by the original owner or the original owner ran out of energy (or money) for the place. Maybe they overbuilt for the island, with about 30 or 35 cottages. Our first impression was good, but then you saw the details later... The cottage design and finishing... More

The beach, pool and restaurant were very nice. We liked the clean beach where you could walk for miles. The way to the island is not for us old folks, but we got there and then my wife didn't want to ride the motor cylces. But somehow we did it with all our suitcases. We had a guest in the... More

Concerning the beach and the resort itselft, there is not much more to ask for on the islands. It is really good. Not too far from the pier and the access to the resort is via concrete road. Anyhow we have never experience staff alternatively owners being that much customer unfriendly and careless like at the Payam Cottage Resort. I... More
