Booked a promotion rate online. Upon my arrival, booking couldn't be found. Not a problem, hotel pretty empty. Got the key to a room in a separate Pavilion, just 50 meters from the main building. Rooms was VERY small and had a muffy odor, when entering. Obviously hadn't been rented out for a while. Whilst it was clean, lot's of... More

The Farm House Hotel Ranong. The new building really nice and clean. Quite big rooms with a balcony. Totally new everything. Friendly service. Many different beers all over the world available. Ok basic breakfast. Parking for motorbikes/cars. 100m walk to walking street. Many restaurants and bars near.

This hotel was convenient to many areas of the city. We had some friends assisting with check in and pricing, so cannot review value, though a picture of their pricing is attached, and appears reasonable. We were in the 'Hen' building. (Guess they could have called it "The Hen House!" The construction was a little unusual, at least for the... More

I arrived yesterday at The Farm House Hotel, leaving for Koh Phayam tomorrow. I got a "comfort room" in the main building at 1.180 Baht per Night, B&B. The room is big, spotlessly clean, with a balcony to sit on, TV, dvd-player (free dvd's available at the reception with 100 Baht provision), AC, a fridge with free water, and free... More

Stayed one night in December. Some of my colleagues stayed for a week or more whilst completing a project in town. The hotel owners are upgrading the premises and the plans look fantastic. I wish them the very best for the future. I completely enjoyed my stay at The Farmhouse. The rooms are spotless clean, have a large comfortable bed,... More

We found this place by chance after arriving late at night from Bangkok. We were showed to a few different type of room by an elderly man that hardly spoke any word of English but had a big smile. We took one of their bungalow rooms which were basic but it had everything we needed. It came with A/C, a... More

About 5 years ago, these bungalows were wonderful, and cheap. Hot water shower, soap, towels, TV, Air con and brand new. I regularly used them. However, as the hotel became more popular, the bungalows seemed to always be booked out. The owners have appeared to have bought the nearby building, that has larger rooms, but not as clean and comfortable.... More

This place was over priced and uncomfortable and loud, DO NOT stay here. The staff are loud until 3 I'm the morning and other staff will be up at 6 being loud for the rest of the morning. The beds are essentially wooden boards and tv, which you obviously pay for, barely works.

Stumbled across these little properties after turning our noses up at a couple of other places in Ranong. We knew "Market / Walking Street had the vast majority of places to stay and eat so heading down here seemed out best bet. Basically we were after somewhere cheap but clean and centrally placed. I was located in one of the... More
