My lovely room was decorated with stylish antique furniture and was 860 bhat, It has a nice little tv room and bathroom. Bikes are for rent for 25 bhat. Great spot, nice and clean. Restaurants aren't far away. Free wifi.

We had the expensive bungalow for $32/night...kids wete in guest house with shared bathroom for less than $10/night...no food service here...so prepare your own or go to casa mia...Staff friendly and English speaking...get a bike ($1/day) or scooter to get around town. Would stay there again.

We stayed in a guest room the 1st night. Then moved to a bungalow (separate house). The rooms were nice and clean, so was the house. Spacious, nice porch to hang out on. We enjoyed our stay here. Location is next to town, renting a scooter is a must have to get around. Only downside is that the cozy little... More

For those who want to feel comfortable in Mae Sot, this is the best place to be in. It is a little far from the town centre, only 15 mins walk, but they have bikes available for rent, always Tuk Tuk drivers nearby, etc. The grounds are peaceful, the rooms exist for every price range. i stayed in the "bungalow",... I'm staying in Mae Sot for 2.5 months and chose to stay here because my friend recommended it. Depending on how much money you are willing to spend, you can decide what kind of room you'd like. One option is the bedroom (spacious) where you have a shared washroom. Everything is cleaned every day and you get a new towel... More

Good service and very pleasant and comfortable large rooms (smaller ones and cheaper ones looked good as well). Bike rental service. A necessity since te guesthouse is slightly out of town center. Not much of a problem with a bicycle since Mae Sot is not that big.

Excellent rooms, low prices, extra bed was added to the rooms without any debate or discussions on the price. Good knowledge on where to go to in Mae Sot, whom to talk to for jungle excursion. Would go there again any time...

I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and it was great. We had a fan room with a separate bathroom across the hall that was basically our own (400 baht/night). Both the room and the bathrooms were very clean and there was hot water in the showers. The room was large with a comfortable bed and a sitting... More

Great guesthouse. Friendly, helpful owner and staff. Owner speaks very good English. Rooms spacious, comfortable and very clean. Good value, especially compared with paying same price for inferior accommodation in Chiang Mai. Would be nice if they did breakfast but the are lots of places nearby that do Returned at 6.0 pm from 3 day trek in Umpang with constant... More
