1.000 BHT for bed room is to expensive for this simple place. The service was really bad, the tourist information does not exist and you have to paid a lot for a self-service breakfast. We arrived late to Mae Sot and following the Lonely Planet recommendations we make a big mistake. Thanks!

Stayed here for one night when I accidentally locked myself out of my house nearby one night (oops!). I was warmly welcomed by the staff and had no problems. Beautiful room, lovely shared bathroom. Everything was clean and nice, and it was very affordable. I have no complaints!

Ban Thai is really lovely. I stayed in the guesthouse towards the back for 800 baht and although it was really nice the bed was rock hard and I couldnt sleep well so had to leave early. The reason for 3 stars is bc of the uncomfortable bed situation (also thin blankets made for a chilly night) otherwise I really... More

I go to Mae Sot for working and stay here only one night. My room's decorated in modern antique style. I really like a leather sofa in living room. Atmosphere is clean and comfortable. I pay 850 for one night and 25 baht for bicycle rental. This resort is very cool.

First of all the place is incredibly nice. The have different kind of rooms or bungalows depending on your budget. They are all clean, well decorated and with a very good bed and a nice bathroom. The furniture is very pretty and all rooms are well decorated. There is also a kitchen for common use. The best part of it... More

In the rather shabby town of Mae Sot this guest house is a nice surprise. Very stylishly decorated, spotless bedding with good beds and ample space to lounge and eat with comfortable chairs. Various prices to suit most budgets, lots of greenery and very good bathrooms. A kitchen for guests use is well equipped and a nearby Thai restaurant ,... More

We stayed in a guest room the 1st night. Then moved to a bungalow (separate house). The rooms were nice and clean, so was the house. Spacious, nice porch to hang out on. We enjoyed our stay here. Location is next to town, renting a scooter is a must have to get around. Only downside is that the cozy little... More

For those who want to feel comfortable in Mae Sot, this is the best place to be in. It is a little far from the town centre, only 15 mins walk, but they have bikes available for rent, always Tuk Tuk drivers nearby, etc. The grounds are peaceful, the rooms exist for every price range. i stayed in the "bungalow",...
