Ban Pruk Sa has a lovely bungalow situated in a beautiful green garden. It's incredibly peaceful and very reasonably priced with everything you need. What's more the owners are very kind and make it a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

I really really can recommend this place. We got an awesome bungalow, surrounded by green, away from the street. There is a huge porch to sit down and relax. Room comes with AC,fridge, fans, nice bathroom, TV. The owners are extremely friendly people and try everything to make your stay pleasent. Price was VERY CHEAP too :) only 20meter away... More

Ban Pruk has made a great effort to make this place nice and cosy. The terrace and garden are very cute and nicely decorated. The room could be a little bit bigger, but they are perfectly well equiped. It s next to the Ban Thai up a little alley frpm the main road.

Great place to stay in Mae Sot. Really Helpful staff. Great laundry service. Can hire bikes and motos for cheap price. 10 minute walk to maesot markets. Lots of dining options within walking distance to hotel. Complementary soaps and water. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a pleasant place, clean and presentable. However, note that virtually no English is spoken although the staff are nonetheless friendly! Make sure you figure out the correct place to get onward transport... If like most people you are going to Umphang note that the vehicles start at the bus station at the southern end of town but also... More

A stay at Ban Pruk Sa lets you inhabit space in a different way from your typical hotel. It's up an alley from the busy main road. To reach my room I crossed a wooden deck, followed a stone path through a jungle of tropical plants, and walked up a set of wooden stairs as one would at a traditional... More

We stayed there 2 nights in an apartment consisting of 2 rooms with bathroom and kitchen annex - it was huge and very reasonably priced. Air-con in one room only, the other one had fan. Beautiful furniture and well supplied library in the room which gave me quite an evening! The type of lightening was bad adjusted and the room... More
