Stayed here for two night late in April 2013 as a couple. We'd come for the views and the walks so weren't concerned that the food choices within the park wasn't as extensive as in a city ... we'd recommend that visitors bring in a few things cos not everythings's plentiful or cheap to buy. Charlie, the day manager, was... More

This is the third time my wife and myself have stayed in this hotel. It is located inside the National park, it is the only hotel inside the National Park. We love it because you can drive and park at the hotel and then walk to all the hikes in the area plus all the resturants in the Park area.... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during early April with our family of 2 adults and 2 children of 10 and 15. To book this hotel we sent an email direct to the hotel (their website has all the details). The manager (Charlie Kwak) was very helpful and came straight back to me with confirmed rates / dates... We visited Seoraksan Tourist Hotel at the end of March for one night. As two families traveling together, we got one suite room which is very large and was a comfortable place, with ondol and a large low table, for us all to gather. This room had a fantastic view of the mountains and cable car as it had no... More

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, 5 days. We reserved by email with Mr.Kwak, the manager, who was very helpful in providing additional information. Our room, on the 2nd floor, was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the mountains! The rooms themselves are simple, but adequate. The beautiful landscape is accessible right from the hotel (the... More

A short one night stay there.(should be more) Have to pay the Park entrance first. Room was basic with raised floor heating. The view from my room with a balcony - magnificent! Charlie the front desk was extremely helpful. Cable car station to mountain summit is just 5 minutes walk only. Will be back for the close proximity to the... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in December in a suite room. The hotel is dated ( wallpaper starting to peel etc) but clean and you cannot beat the location. I was snuggled in bed watching the snow fall on the trees and mountains that filled scene in the picture windows! The suite is huge, 2 double beds and tons... More

Its a good choice to stay in National Park itself as treks starts right at the hotel's door step. The treks were good, and it was so nice to just be able to go bck hotel room for a mid day rest after our walks. We stayed in a twin room but as its winter, temperature plunged and the room was very cold.Maybe other... We are a family of 4. We stayed two nights in mid december at KRW100,000 per night for a suite. + It is IN the national park. You get to hike the trails, and board the cable car rides, before the tourist coaches arrive. + The suite is HUGE, lots of floor space. Warm and cozy in winter. + There... More

Thanks to Tripadvisor, we discovered this great motel and despite arriving unannounced quite late in the evening, we were lucky to get a lovely room right on the front of the hotel, with balcony overlooking the mountains. The night porter was great and so extremely helpful, he showed us our room and then managed to explain in good English that... More
