Let me make it clear that I am not picky when it comes to beds. I have even slept on airport floors! My only problem with this hotel is that their bed and pillows were uncomfortable -- I was unable to sleep well, and I had back and neck pains when I woke up. I thought it was just me,... More

Bed smells cigar Room 406 is adjacent to a function room which noise penetrate the walls Guests in other rooms left their doors open, so the noises they generate reverberates around the corridors and penetrates neighboring room walls Room facilities from ref, TV, to bath tub are dilapidated Room size however is large and spacious

Tired old two star hotel. Badly in need of updating. Air conditioner noisy but working. Poor breakfast. Decent sized clean room. Hot water OK for me. In heart of old town. Felt safe here. Good food available nearby.

Room furnishings are circa early 90's but overall, I would not say I had a bad experience. Staff are helpful, breakfast is crappy, location was great. I had a minor injury (not from the hotel) and it was great that there was a hospital nearby. I had to request for a bath mat though and I found it weird they... More

Rooms ate simply overpriced, considering the lack of simple amenities. The hot shower didn't work. Cable tv was out of order. Wifi was on and off. And I still got charged the full rate for a junior suite.

They offerred special price of a vip room at only 999. The f.o. said it's the new room, but in reality, it's the old unrenovated room. Worst, their air conditioning unit is noisy and keeps on shutting down during the night.

I think this hotel has a really really good location. It is very near restaurants, banks, groceries, etc. The hotel is centrally located and every thing is an arm's reach. It is near CDO's Divisoria and the new mall of Ayala, Centrio. The hotel is old but the rooms have been renovated so it's kinda new in some ways. The... More

I think they have refurbished some of their rooms since the rooms we stayed in doesn't match the photos here or in other hotel websites. The rooms we had were quite clean actually though the bathrooms could be cleaner or re-floored with different tiles. The breakfast could be better though since most were preserved meats. And their juices I think... More

VIP Hotel is a typical hotel in the province- homey, service is not crisp but rather congenial, where the differenceis in the seeming willingness to give service rather than professional image. Rooms are comfortable but not luxurious: basic, having seen better days. While rooms are clean, the lamp by the bed seems not to have benefitted from cleaning for a... More
