“Rooms basic, Food great and Service Wonderful”

The rooms are very much basic for the price. The wifi is only at the lounge area near the fountain so you needed to go down if you need the connection. Food is great especially during breakfast. The price of their buffet is very affordable. Service is really excellent. People smile and aniticipate your need. This made our trip easier.

If you're looking for a "base" while traveling on business in Naga or Camarines Sur, Villa Caceres can be it! The hotel is clean, with (not too) hot shower, charming fixtures in the old wing and buffet breakfast. They also offer free shuttle to the airport. “2 sides of the same hotel - the new wing and the old wing!”

We looked at the website and the hotel looked quite modern. However, we were surprised when we arrived to a relatively average and relatively older reception area when we arrived. “you can do better for the money”

we found this hotel to be just average and not very good value for the money, there are much better hotels available in Naga.. Staff were friendly and helpful, but rooms, beds, etc, not very good. Food is only average..
