We stayed at the CBD Plaza Hotel from March 24 through April 7 - a total of 15 days. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a security guard at the door who greeted us and held open the door for us to enter. The hotel appeared to have been remodeled fairly recently. The elevator appeared fairly new.... More

Cons: Free Breakfast is awful. You get rice, egg, and a choice of meat with a coffee or juice. And honestly, this restaurant (located next to the hotel) is just not appetizing. It is better to just walk over the local bakery for better food. The room is BASIC...I didn't even have a phone, toothpaste, soap etc...lol. I wanted to... More

I've got the cheapest room, single 800 Php. No hot water, no desk, no flat tv, let's say a bit shabby. The night receptionists aren't professional at all. The day receptionists are better. Staff is kind. Wifi included good. Towel and soap ok. Air conditioning is a low-cost type, noisy, only manual control, energy eater no ecological. Breakfast is sad.... More

Called up the front desk while we were in Sorsogon City (we just got off from Matnog port after six hours being stranded in Dapdap port in Northern Samar) and asked for a room that can accomodate four adults and two children. We were given the Trio Deluxe, which was not bad given the circumstances. Space was tight but the... More

Stayed here for a night. Good value for money if you are out most of the time and come here only to sleep. But if you would like to stay here the whole day and relax, this may not be the right place for you. Sharing with you my review: 1. Security - they are using key cards and there... More

After a very tiring day, i was looking forward to a hot relaxing shower. Alas, water dripped and trickled out of the slimy shower head despite its being fully open! Then i noticed the pail of water which you are supposed to fill and, using a "tabo" bathe yourself. This proved difficult, as there was no hot water! My room... More

I have stayed in a few bad hotels in my life but nothing remotely compares to this what I can only describe as a disaster, easily the worst ever. I had originally booked in for 4 nights but left after only one night. Where do I start to tell you how bad it was ? The staff were hopeless and... More

Everytime I visit Naga City, I check in at the CBD Hotel beside the bus terminal and SM Naga City. It is clean and cheap and location is great. This is no frills hotel with WIFI at P100 unlimited use per day. Extra pillows are for p 50 per piece. I have , however pointed out to the management that... More
