Comfortable but nothing fancy, and a bit outdated. Well located near city center and serves wonderful breakfast. Service could be improved though. Made my booking couple of days before via Agoda and when I arrived, I had to wait for almost an hour in the very small lobby because they weren't able to update their system (I still don't get... We are well aware that this hotel needs improvement/renovation but we keep on coming back to them It's centrally located, very near DJC Halo-Halo (which I love) and ample safe parking. Very basic room which is okay for us as we are always outside enjoying other parts of Camsur. Enough place to sleep over. Tips: Always choose a room facing... More

Located right in the middle of a very busy Centro in Naga city and is close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc...when we checked in, some renovation was being done and there was a strong smell of insecticide fumigation which made me feel very ill. Complained about it and staff pleasantly apologized. Room was large with 2 double beds. Air conditioning... More

We called in about 4 days before our checkin so we assumed that we already have a room booked us. We also requested for early checkin at our 12noon and they said ok. When we got there at 12noon, the front desk said that our room was not ready yet so we were asked to just come back by 1:30pm.... More

Went to Naga City during peak season and got a Double Standard Room for two people. You can tell that it's a business hotel from the brief detailing, adequately-sized lobby and receiving area. The main advantage of its hotel is its proximity to a mall, various dining venues, park, churches as it is located in the heart of the city.... More

Pros: 1. Location - mall, church, restaurants are all a few steps away. Easy to get transportation to other parts of the city too. 2. Free Wi-Fi - you just have to get a new password daily, and one password for each device 3. Budget-friendly price Cons: 1. Poor service especially front desk - We had a difficult time trying... Good points: 1. Free shuttle 🚃to the airport✈. 2. Located at the heart of the city just infront of Nagaland Mall🏢. 3. Walking distance to the church⛪ and public market. 4. Clean room. Bad points: 1. You have to call the staff everytime you need to adjust the A/C temperature because they do not provide a remote control to each... More
