Good points: 1. Free shuttle 🚃to the airport✈. 2. Located at the heart of the city just infront of Nagaland Mall🏢. 3. Walking distance to the church⛪ and public market. 4. Clean room. Bad points: 1. You have to call the staff everytime you need to adjust the A/C temperature because they do not provide a remote control to each... More

It's located at the center of Naga. It's near the famous fast foods (Jollibee, Mcdo, Chowking, Greenwich, Biggs, Colonial etc) It is in front of the E-mall robinsons mini mall. accessible to public transport. Although it's kind of old, its clean and your things are safe to leave. they have a nice restaurant at the lobby called white bean. they... More

Everytime i visit Naga City, i always stay at Nagaland. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are big too with yummy breakfast downstairs. Its at the busy city centre and walking distance to restaurants. You can take jeepneys or tricycles to go around town. Well recommended for a budget traveller.

It is located in a good central postion, and the hotel's public areas retain some of the grandeur of a byegone era. The standard single room I occupied was acceptable, but I think it overpriced for what was provided.

Ask for Melven. He can solve all your problems. The people working here are really friendly. You can always ask them for a tour guide. They helped me extend my visa and I went speeddating with the crew;)

I was really disappointed because The water was so dirty. That time, i had mouth sores and I'm suffering from sore throat; when I'm about to brush my teeth I noticed that there were sand running with the water so as with the shower so i went to the front desk and they told me that i just need to... This is the worst hotel I stayed here in the Philippines. It is a nightmare that I have to stay here for 15 days without a choice because of work. The water is dirty. There are small pieces of paper posted on the door to remind everyone that they are cleaning their pipes but I think that's an excuse. The... More

We booked 2 double standard rooms, and one double queen deluxe room for two nights. One of the double occupancy rooms was a bit small and outdated, but the double queen deluxe was spacious and aesthetically better. With extra beds, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Breakfast was an additional P50 per person. We expected just toast and coffee... More

This hotel is at the heart of Naga City, so location is great. Just a walk away from Bicol's best - Bigg's Diner and other known fastfoods. Our room is spacious and clean but the shower area is a little outdated. A little exercise going downstairs won't hurt (no elevator for this 3-level hotel) for they serves great food, so... More

It was Peñafrancia weekend. We got the last room in town. A two queen bed room good for 4. Room is fine. Nothing fancy. Spacious but with no lounging amenity. Just sit on the bed. Or lie down. Lobby is too basic. Just a hallway and the reception desk tucked away in a depressed area in the middle. There are... More
