We were billeted in this hotel during a seminar-training in October. One night we went out for a few drinks and when we returned around midnight, we found the guard seated by the main door had fallen asleep and did'nt even move when we came in. Later in the morning, we heard a hotel guest complaining that a crook broke... More

after a long while I came back to hotel where I had the best experience in Naga. To find that the hotel has a new manager and a complete change of front desk personnel but the housekeeping staff still were the same(thank god for that). this time walking in I had a feeling they were more concerned with their convention... We stayed here just for one night and I have to admit I would not have stayed another one. On a positive side, the rooms are nice and spacious, they are clean and the beds are very good. And that is where the positiveness ends. The amenities were the bare necessities, not that one expects too much, but if you... More

It's the second time that we go there and it's always a pleasure to be there. The hotel crew are so nice and friendly that you know they can do all the thing in their possession to help you and make your stay a good experience. We have tried the breakfast there (but we always go to SM to have... More

Hotel looks at at some portions, but try walking along the lobby in the middle of the night and it will give you the creeps that you couldn't explain why. Some areas are newly renovated, but that does not discount the fact that it still has old facilities.

This is an affordable hotel if one is looking for a place to rest and sleep without frills. It is also well located and very accessible to the city center. The staff are polite and helpful. The inner rooms have no windows, just an aircon. Not a bad hotel considering its price.

We came as walk in guests late at night as we had to make a stop and rest for the night. We were told that the rooms with one bed were all booked and only twinbed room is available. Because we were so tired and had no choice, we took the room. It was located on the older side of... More

My fiancee and I stayed at the naga regent for one night and we had no real cause for concern during our stay. Our only "problem" came as we checked in. I had booked an executive suite with them, however when we got to the room it was extremely small and basic. After talking to the reception we found out... More

Don't expect this regent to be like other regents around the world, far from it. Rooms are clean and tidy but are very basic no clock radio or even a bedside table, the worst thing is no tea or coffee making facilities when I asked for a kettle they said I would have get a coffee through room service, which...
