We had a big, good, clean and reasonable place to stay with free WIFI (always a plus) - since it was our last hope for the night... Served breakfast was a bit poor and front desk people just need more improvement when in comes to costumer service... But for our stay on this hotel, it was great!

Security Guard - The security guard was the most helpful hotel staff, was really polite and friendly. Receptionist - Rude and STUPID receptionist. They initially told us that we could check in early at 7 am, only to arrive there knowing that we can't since the room we paid for was still occupied, and was informed that check in time... More

Our group of 9 travelers stayed in this hotel from May 25-28, 2012. I booked it only thru email and they always responded readily. We got 2 family rooms and 2-de luxe room. We arrived early, before the regular check in time but they allowed us to use the rooms that are vacant and cleaned already. That was fine with... More
