Regular rates get you a free airport shuttle service. Staff were courteous and accommodating. There's also free buffet breakfast. If you aren't very particular with a hotel, this is good enough for budget travelers. If you book through their partners, it's actually cheaper but there's not shuttle service from the airport. Don't get the rooms w/o view if you are... More

I just had a vacation in Legaspi last May 26 to 31st. I was billeted by my travel agency at Ellis Ecotel. Since, I arrived early at around 10 am, I advised by the front desk personnel that check-in time was at 2 pm. So, I left and went back at 1:30 pm. Apparently, housekeeping was still cleaning my room... More

They let me check in earlier like 10am since there's already an available room at that time. The room was just right for me and I had a good sleep. It's a budget hotel, with free breakfast and free airport transfer. The people were also nice and immediately attended the needs.I think they just have to work on maintenance.

Rooms are very basic and small but are affordable. The cheapest i think is around P1k for a standard room with a single bed, no view. This type of room is not for those who are not used to confined spaces because there is no window. Initially we occupy the Deluxe room with a view for P2500. It has 2... More

We stayed here last May 22-23, 2015 for a business trip. Here are our comments on the hotel: Negative: - hotel smelled bad (smelled like cockroach) - the desk officers made us wait for about 30 mins before checking us in. If we did not call their attention, they have not assisted us. - asked for a change in room... More

We stayed at Ellis Ecotel as one of the recommended hotels by my colleague who is from Legazpi. Since we stayed here during the Holy Week the mall was closed on Good Friday so we have no option but to go to some other place to take our dinner. Advantage: 1) Friendly and courteous staff. 2) Location itself is very... More

We spent most of the day exploring the city and stayed at the hotel when it's time to get some sleep. The room was soso... The room smelled old. Poor cable signal. Bathroom sliding door was broken, and so was the main door hinge. Toiletries provided were just bath soap and shampoo. No toothbrush/toothpaste. The bed and airconditiong was ok.... More

If your palnning to visit Albay on a DIY trip, this hotel is best for you. It is near the airport (5-10min) and has all modes of transportation (tricycle, jeepneys, taxicycle) readily available outside. It is located inside a bit run-down/old mall so finding a place to eat (Bigg's Diner) and buying groceries (Puregold) will not be a problem. The hotel is... More

This by far is the most practical choice when I am staying at Legazpi City. Rooms are quite small, but they suit the budget. If you are travelling alone, it could satisfy. If you have a travel buddy, you could select the deluxe rooms, it is 2 story, with a great view of the ocean/volcano, has 2 TV sets and... More

We originally planned to spend the night at Donsol, Sorsogon after the whaleshark watching but after a series of delayed flights we decided to take the city tour instead. We arrived at 10am and went straight to Embarcadero de Legazpi located at the Port Area. It is still early to check-in as we were advised to leave our baggage at... More
