My family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for 3D2N last May 26-28. Even though our flight was delayed, hotel shuttle staff greeted us warmly and helped us with our bag. Check-in was quick. Room was spacious. It was definitely clean. The deluxe room had an amazing view of Mayon Volcano. Kamias Restaurant (ground floor of the hotel)... More

Stayed in Casablanca Suites over Holy Week 2014 for 3 nights. We opted to stay in the rooms facing the back of the hotel since those facing the street/Mayon Volcano were higher-priced. We think the extra cost is not worth it since you can always see the volcano from the coffee shop and street. Their room had two double beds... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We chose this hotel based on the positive Trip Advisor reviews, which were mostly accurate. It's a nice, clean hotel conveniently located just a tricycle away from town. The staff was friendly enough, though they don't provide much in the way of tours and such. You're pretty much on your own... More

The hotel is a good choice -- near the airport, too long to walk to center city, but lots of cabs and tricycles pass by. Rooms are good sized, comfortable. Breakfast fine. Nice set of restaurants adjoining. Staff very helpful. Reasonable prices. And for an amazing view, get a room on the mountain side.

Stayed for two nights, Jan 20-22, 2014. Superior Room. - great room! clean and the hotel is only 4 years old so everything is working perfectly. - shower got an incomparable heater. - the closet is big enough and has two extra pillows - lighting is great and the switch are on the bedside table -- very much accessible if... Stayed in this hotel few months ago, went back to Legazpi last week and stayed in another hotel near my friends office, unfortunately i had a "not-so-good, not-so-nice" experience there. I should have stayed in Casablanca. The hotel staff of Casablanca are nice, polite, always smiling, customer-friendly; the location - perfect; the room - WOW; the price - reasonable; the... More

Experience based on a five day stay: Food: The free a la carte breakfast is impeccable, but if there are over fifteen guests the night before, the management sets out a buffet - this is not as nice though. Some inconsistency in cooking - we had the fluffiest pancakes on our first morning, but creamy ones on the second. The... More
