it's hard to stay here after you've stayed at misibis bay the rooms were okay and clean, we didnt use the bathroom coz there was a dark stain and water would splash everywhere for sure if we used it. Good thing we just stayed for one night. As promised our rooms did have a mayon view so thats really the... More

From the mishap in Misibis, i just need a transit hotel since my flight to Manila was cancelled. I checked Tripadvisor and settled to Casablanca Suites to whatever room they can offer me. There were two rooms available, standard and deluxe. When I asked the receptionist what is the extra with Deluxe versus Standard, she said Mayon view. I can't... More

Of all the hotels we visited during our PI island hopping, this one was the best. It felt clean and the view of the Mayon Volcano could not be beat. Additionally, the water temperature was consistent during our stay. The staff is very nice and eager to help. I like the restaurant in the lobby-felt a little swanky to me.... More

My family (of 3) stayed in this hotel for a night. Airport pickup was on time even when our flight was ahead of schedule. The sendoff was only a bit early. Check in was a breeze. Staff were all nice and friendly. Our room had the view of Mt. Mayon as booked. Plated breakfast was filling and good enough. Those... More

I don't know how to rate this hotel because I have a very nice experience with the staff. From the front desk officer to the bell boy who assisted us to our room or rooms. They were all very polite and accommodating. I really feel sad that I have to leave the hotel because of ants. This is what happened.... More

The hotel is very good. Staff and receptionist are friendly. Wifi connection is good enough. Plus you can have the perfect view of Mayon Volcano (but rooms with mayon volcano view has extra charge), which for me is just fair. Bed and mattress is ok. I was able to sleep well. So with comfort room, it's very clean. Food is... More

Booked an overnight stay in their junior suite for my hubby's birthday. Though I have to book the room personally (their online booking is somehow not operational), the staff was kind and prompt enough to accommodate me. Was lucky to book this one and only junior suite room of the hotel. The suite room is spacious and minimalist, with a... More

My family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for 3D2N last May 26-28. Even though our flight was delayed, hotel shuttle staff greeted us warmly and helped us with our bag. Check-in was quick. Room was spacious. It was definitely clean. The deluxe room had an amazing view of Mayon Volcano. Kamias Restaurant (ground floor of the hotel)... More

Stayed in Casablanca Suites over Holy Week 2014 for 3 nights. We opted to stay in the rooms facing the back of the hotel since those facing the street/Mayon Volcano were higher-priced. We think the extra cost is not worth it since you can always see the volcano from the coffee shop and street. Their room had two double beds... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We chose this hotel based on the positive Trip Advisor reviews, which were mostly accurate. It's a nice, clean hotel conveniently located just a tricycle away from town. The staff was friendly enough, though they don't provide much in the way of tours and such. You're pretty much on your own... More
