Location: almost along Magsaysay Avenue. Near many restaurants and convenient stores. Room: stayed in room 201. Basic room. Clean but infested with mosquitoes. Got rid of at least 50 mosquitoes overnight and I'm not making this up. Can hear noises outside the room. For a few bucks, better book upper floors Washroom: Also infested with mosquitoes. With working water heater.... More

Checked in 48 hours after typhoon Glenda. They have generator, water and fan (no air con avail but they do have ). The hotel is not top end however the fan room 400p for 2 people was adequate. Many of the previous reviews are too harsh and the place is not dangerous though it is basic. Ask for a ground... More

This budget hotel may ruin your trip in Legaspi. The moment you ask the lady in the reception area makes you wonder what kind of hotel management they have. The rooms are smelly and easily suffocates you since there is no window for ventilation, hence, the fire hazard. The heat exhaust of aircon is placed in the corridor since the... More

I found the Sampaguita Tourist Inn while I was roaming around the Legazpi Proper. I was hesitant to check in because I’ve read a forum here that the Inn was gross, but at that point, I didn’t care because I was exhausted and I needed a shower. But as I entered my room, Good Lord, the room was clean and... More
