Stayed here for two days last week and unfortunately I was really disappointed with the hotel. We went to Legazpi for only 2 days and was supposed to join a tour immediately after arrival at the hotel. Every other hotel’s pick service was waiting at the airport other than St Ellis. We waited for about 10 mins called the hotel... More

Agree with previous reviews that the staff are really friendly and courteous in this hotel, starting with service from the airport! :) First time in LGP and they leave a lasting impression for you to want to return. As for the hotel: -We booked a king room and it was really spacious. Enough room for a toddler to play in... More

Booked for a very short overnight stay for a meeting. The most lasting impression of the property is the PEOPLE. The staff from the van driver to the managerial and front desk staff to the restaurant folks are just fantastic and are the epitome of Filipino hospitality. They should all give themselves a round of applause! The location can't be... More

I am staying here because it is the venue of our workshop. Hotel lobby is very nice, airy and spacious. Function room is cramped though, very small and low ceilinged. Quality of food is alright, quantity is on the small side. Staff is okay. Room, view is the street outside, bathroom is okay, size is okay. Amenities okay, it even... More

I have stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights around February2014 and stayed in the Deluxe Room where they were able to provide us with a queen bed instead of two single beds plus an extra bed since there were three adults and three small children in our group. The front of house staff was professional but a... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and we had a good time except for the broken faucet and sink. We called the front desk and was transferred to maintenance service. They tried to fix the faucet but unfortunately until the last hour of our stay they were not able to fix the dripping faucet and sink. The food... More

My partner and a friend of ours stayed here for two nights and three days and we were not disappointed. The staff and security personnel were so friendly and helpful. We asked them so many times for towels and water and coffee and these were given in less than a minute! The location is fine if you plan to tour... More

We transferred here because Misibis Bay, where we were supposed to go is impassable because of the typhoon Glenda. We chose to move to the city because there was nothing to do or see in La Piasa. The hotel is good and rooms plus toilet are big enough. Although, there was no electricity, the hotel is 100% backed up by... More

shower and sink area were loaded with mold, caulking needs to be replaced, discusting, room need paint etc. Lobby is in great shape, but goes down hill from there..entrance to hotrel is very dangerous, smooth tile has been placed and when it rains it becomes like ice!

The hotel is at the heart of the city. The staff are nice. They are polite and always accommodating. It has nice interior. Spacious rooms. It has its own superb restaurant - the Crossroads. The best thing about this hotel is that it is near convention centers. Good for business meetings.
