Location - centrally located in commercial area, near government establishments, very accessible. BUT the Inn is situated at the 3rd floor of the building, so if you don't have reservation make sure to ask the guard to call the front desk before going up. The rooms are spacious, the bed is just ok, the toilet and bath are small. The... More

Please bare in mind Im a backpacker and this place was a luxury to me I rarely threat myself too. Since the only cheap place in town was booked out I stayed two nights here. I like it. My husband and i rate this hotel as average, as it pales in comparison to exceptional hotels in other places that charge around the same rate. However, it may be that Legaspi hotels are generally expensive so this may already be the cheap side... and you get what you pay for. Things of note: - The hotel is conveniently located,... More

We stayed here from August 19 to 23, 2013 for the research conference. The room (double accommodation, with aircon, and shower) was affordable and provided us a good resting place. If you have senior citizen card, you can get discount. The room was spacious and quiet even during daytime. However, if you're yearning for more amenities and new facilities, you... More

The hotel is near the citycentre of Legazpi, with most interesting things within walking distance. The entrance is a bit typical, because it is at the back of the building. There is nothing fancy at this hotel, you pay for what you get. The sheets were clean, but the rest of the room was a bit dirty (ants). The location... More

We stayed just for one night, but we found the room, with private bathroom, really good value for the price. Although it was a hot room, the fan compensated the heat. Really clean room! The staff at the reception was really helpful, they explained us how to get to Ligñon Hill for 1/10 of what a tricycle would ask (by... More

One of the kindest hotel I ever been too. When we arrive the front desk lady told us that they are fully book, so we stayed at there waiting lounge while browsing in the net looking for another place to stay. After several minutes the front desk lady ask us how many days we will be staying and we told... More

Since 2001, I always patronize this small inn because of its accessibility to business establishments. It's quiet and clean. No fancy stuff but you don't need fancy stuff when in business travel. Also a good recommendation for back packers.

We stayed at Legazpi Tourist Inn for one night because we have an early flight back to Manila the next day, we came from Sorsogon. The hotel room was very dirty, the bed sheets are dirty, curtains smells like it poop. We stayed at their fan room and we're like in an oven. I understand that it's summertime but there... More
