When going for a budget hotel, you do not expect it to be glimmering, with all new appliances and super fluffy pillow. Basically, you get what you pay for. We were comfortable enough, the place was decent. The staff are friendly and were always willing to help and answer our questions. There is a canteen where there is cooked food... More

I seem to have had a better experience than some of the reviewers before me. I liked the feel of the place. The reception area is very welcoming and is pleasant to sit in (luckily, as it's also the only place where wifi is available); the room I stayed in was comfortable and clean; admittedly the bathroom would benefit from... The only good thing I can say about the Tourist Inn is that the staff is very friendly. The elevator was broken so we had to get our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. There was no one available to help us out. I looked down and there were lines of ants everywhere. We had two standard beds (the beds... More

The place is very ideal especially for business trips where you only need a sleeping place and a workspace. In my case, I'm travelling to do site visits and work on my designs and drawings later in the hotel. I've been staying here before (2007). The rooms and T&B are clean. But last month, when I came back, I felt... More

Location - centrally located in commercial area, near government establishments, very accessible. BUT the Inn is situated at the 3rd floor of the building, so if you don't have reservation make sure to ask the guard to call the front desk before going up. The rooms are spacious, the bed is just ok, the toilet and bath are small. The... More

Please bare in mind Im a backpacker and this place was a luxury to me I rarely threat myself too. Since the only cheap place in town was booked out I stayed two nights here. I like it. The lobby is clean and spacious, the staff accomondating, the room is clean and the hot shower works well. For 15aud (600ps... More

My husband and i rate this hotel as average, as it pales in comparison to exceptional hotels in other places that charge around the same rate. However, it may be that Legaspi hotels are generally expensive so this may already be the cheap side... and you get what you pay for. Things of note: - The hotel is conveniently located,... More

We stayed here from August 19 to 23, 2013 for the research conference. The room (double accommodation, with aircon, and shower) was affordable and provided us a good resting place. If you have senior citizen card, you can get discount. The room was spacious and quiet even during daytime. However, if you're yearning for more amenities and new facilities, you... More

The hotel is near the citycentre of Legazpi, with most interesting things within walking distance. The entrance is a bit typical, because it is at the back of the building. There is nothing fancy at this hotel, you pay for what you get. The sheets were clean, but the rest of the room was a bit dirty (ants). The location... More
