I checked in now. We were given 335,333,301 and a 2nd floor room. I asked if we can put our stuff in the room that's available. She said yes but you have to return the key. Enter at 2pm. We looked at the room and realized we will be moving around the hallways to get to each other. It is... More

We just stayed overnight after a long trip from Makati. The service is just typical of a hotel and what we like about the location is it is near the scenic view of Taal volcano and the amazing sunrise. Maybe because of the negative reviews, they improved their services. We never encountered any problem in our stay.

My family went to Tagaytay and reserved a room at Tagaytay Havens Hotel last 18 April 2015. I cannot recommend this hotel, the water heater is defective, heat does not automatically shut-off (defective sensor), shower drain flooded and the worst thing is the defective door lock that trap us, we have to wait for a carpenter to broke the defective... What we like about it? *close proximity to sky ranch(5mins away) and other restaurants * jst 15mins away to EverCrest(where u hop off going to Caleruega) *commuter friendly- some bus heading to Nasugbu or one that says Tagaytay-Mendez pass right in front of the hotel or(jollibee) *you would know tht at one point the rooms and bathrooms looked nice when... At first look the room looked very good but later we found out that the water systems were still being fixed and that was such a bother. It took, i think, the whole day to fix. The room we had was very clean and the staff were nice enough to book us in even if I didn't pay the downpayment... More

We stayed here last December 2013 for a quick getaway with my husband's family. We booked the family room and it's big enough for us. They have a TV and closet inside the room which is good but their bathroom is the worst that we've been to in a hotel, it should definitely be improved. We killed one cockroach that... More

Reviewed this hotel in May 2012 and titled it "Perfect for an overnight stay". Returned to this hotel recently for an overnight stay for 4 persons and we were disgusted. We checked-in at about 11:00 pm as we have a get-together in Talisay, Batangas the following day. We were so tired and since the weather was very cold, we just... More

The room smells like a mine tunnel.....next time i visit tagaytay i will bring a "tent" and spend the night in some park somewhere....if this... More

Upon entering the room you can already smell molds. There was even a dead cockroach with ants under the sofa. There's no remote for the tv eventhough we requested one. The bathroom doesn't smell good, too. The room service staff are nicer than the front desk. The hotel would have been better if it is maintained well.
