We stayed on this hotel yesterday (23 January 2016) for my daughter's birthday, and I must say that this is the worst hotel I've ever been to..our room smells horrible and the toilet/bath is murky..I even saw a blob of hair in the bathroom floor before taking my shower..and the shower head looks disgusting there are molds in it that... The hotel is nice and perfect for budget conscious. The problem is the thin walls as you may get annoyed or disturbed from your sleep you can hear noises from the hallway. Plus the lighting inside the room is a bit dim which leaves it a lot to be desired. I hope they change the lighting especially the bathrooms. It... More

Sorry, I had to say that immediately. We stayed here for a night because traffic was terrible. We didn't really plan on staying in Tagaytay overnight but we arrived around 8PM already and we were too tired to drive home on the same day. In all fairness to Tagaytay Haven, we canvassed a little on the accommodations around the area... More

Had a horrible experience with this hotel. The towels came only after 3 calls from us (the 3rd call with a note of anger). Their explanation for the delay: the towels were still with the laundry shop and were still being dried. There was no hand towel in the bathroom, and no foot rug to dry the floor with. The... More

We have one day training here. The venue is good, spacious, and ventilated. Rooms is functional, typical room when having a training. Food is also okay nothing food like "haven" The other "haven" located in Brgy Olat is much more cozy compared to the Haven in Mendez. So i prefer the Haven in brgy Olat. Food is bearable💜👍

We didn't expect more due to negative feedback I've red before I decided to book with this hotel, but because we only have 1 day to look for a hotel prior to our scheduled day of arrival, this is the only hotel that is not yet fully booked during our preferred days so I still give it a try. We... More

My boyfriend's family and I stayed here overnight. Their staff was very nice and accomodating. We had 2 family rooms with 1 queen size bed and 3 single beds. The room is very spacious with a little garden outside where we can have our booze night. Also, one of their drivers helped us fix my boyfriend's car before we go... More

We just walk-in in this hotel and fortunately they have available room. We waited for an hour because they are still preparing the room. Waiting is fine because we are satisfied with the room. The room is spacious. They also have a swimming pool inside the hotel. There is also a free breakfast but we didn't get it because we... More
