Amazing place. A really good break from your usual hotel room set up. Very private. There was some construction nearby but it was quiet at night. Definitely didn't need the AC and it was perfect that way. We were also able to smoke inside the room which was nice. Lots of sockets too. Small-ish TV though but it was alright.... More

I fell in love with the place! It's somewhere you can read a book, listen to music, paint or do nothing. Everything is snap-worthy. The lounge, the room, the dining area, all elements were well-curated. I loved how comfy the lounge area is and the selection of music suited my taste. I loved how the room is designed, the king-sized... More

This resort is very different from the others. The signage is just a lily (no name on it). The rooms and the lounge area are on top (you need to climb the stairs so it's not very good for senior citizens). There is no reception area so there is no receptionist. Upon arriving, you just need to call the "ghost... More

Every month my husband and I come to Tagaytay to relax and enjoynourselves. We passby SVD road and have seen the sign of moon garden, only until last week we thought of giving it a try. We Stayed overnight with my husband to have an "alone" time. We were amazed with the room and the bathroom at the back of... More

Instantly fell in love with the place. It is so serene, beautiful, peaceful and so relaxing. Oh yeah, very romantic, I must add. It is a bed and breakfast place, perfect for honeymooners or couples celebrating special occasions or like I mentioned, perfect to just to get away from the hustle bustle of the city with friends and family. Moon... More

I had high expectations of the place, to be quite honest, because a lot of people were raving about it online. So when we arrived at a deserted dining hall slash reception area (multi-purpose hall) with nobody to welcome us, it was a bit difficult to take in the beauty of the place. It took more or less ten minutes... More

It was our anniversary and we were looking for a place far from the usual fare that Tagaytay has to offer. And I happen to stumble upon this beautiful gem. Here is the lowdown of our stay: RESERVATION (+): No Fuzz, no mess, no frills. Straightforward when I got to talk to Tony to confirm our reservation via phone. He... More

We stayed for two nights here in Moon Garden and what I can say is, the place is peaceful and very relaxing. I enjoyed it, since I checked the place online before booking, and this is the place that my husband is looking for (not the weekend stay modern hotels can pffer). The place and amenities are good (towels, bed... More

Location - Great location which is not far off the main road to be walked yet able to provide exclusivity and quietude. Just one thing though, there is a sign of some sorts outside the property but it isn't obvious as it does not state the name of the place. I guess they just assume people will figure out where... It's our second time here, together with the kids, and it was a delight, like the first one. We love the rustic feel and relaxed and natural ambiance. It's like being whisked away into a magical garden. We stayed in a bigger room this time, with the bedroom on top and with a huge T&B below. The kids just loved... More

Pete G, Manager at Moon Garden Tagaytay, responded to this review

Thank you for the review but unfortunately it is misplaced: our garden is not a commercial place but a private vacation home of our company and as such 1 or 2 cottages are still available to be rented by outsiders. The correct place for its reviews is Flipkey.com, a sister of Tripadvisor, under " a cottage in the garden" in... More
