I rarely rant here but this is a warning to family and friends who are looking for hotels in Tagaytay. We checked in at Lee Boutique Hotel last weekend and my brother left his laundry bag containing his clothes and my sister's. When we called up last Sunday night, it wasn't even reported by housekeeping. It was only until Monday... More

When we arrived at the lobby, and they saw that we got our room at a cheaper price (online promo) they immediately made us feel unwelcome. No smiles, no good mornings and they even asked if to pay asap for bringing in an extra person. When we arrived at the room, we asked for extra towels and extra toiletries, the... More

My family went to Tagaytay for a staycation over the weekend. We booked the 2 bedroom suite and it just fits me and my husband with our 2kids. We enjoyed the cozy suite with 2 baths, 3 tv's, little living room and terrace. The staff are friendly too! We were surprised that the breakfast serving is generous.

In a nutshell: While pretty on the outside, the Lee Boutique Hotel offers little personality, virtually no amenities, and bland service. Rooms: Our family stayed in a deluxe room with two twin beds, while my in-laws stayed in a deluxe room with a queen bed. The decorations were nice, but ultimately bland. We were charged for an extra adult, but... More

Great place to stay for visiting Taal Volcano. Easy to find and in a quiet location. Even better if you have a car...very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Good wifi and good breakfast also.

I was able to purchase a deal from Ensogo for 3,000php last August. Reservation was quite a hassle since the only means of communication is through email. We were able to book it though, and the Hotel confirmed. When we got in to the hotel (around 3:30PM). Parking was ample enough, so we were able to park our car without... More

We purchased during last year's travel expo a voucher that granted us to stay 2 nights. We may take it 2 nights straight or one night at a time. Making a reservation for an overnight stay was quite a hassle. Email was the only form of communicating with their reservation office in Manila. So you can just imagine the number... More

I booked for a room online and I got it for a pretty low price. The superior room has its own tub which was really a plus for a 3-star hotel. The bed was comfortable and airconditioning was good, One thing i didn't like was the service. It seems like the staff were all newbies to the business. When i... More

The hotel is perfect for those travelling on budget, backpackers and/or overnight. Very accessible to restaurants and the Sky Ranch. Has a parking space for limited number of vehicles. The room is spacious, CLEAN and has good lighting. The toilet has enough space, complete amenities, shower and tub in one. Not quite the hotel to book if you want a... More

Let's start with the pros. I really liked the interior design of the room. Looks like a 4star hotel. There's a tub in the bathroom considering it was a 3star hotel. Let's proceed with the cons. I was shocked with their menu. Breakfast is P350 (we ordered Filipino breakfast: Tapsilog and nothing special with the taste) on top of that... More
