My boyfriend and I booked this hotel last minute for our Valentine's Day trip. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. The hotel weren't ready for us but the receptionist was pleasant and had our room ready in 20 minutes. Since it was late, amenities were closed. It was also raining so we couldn't go out to eat and the... More

We stayed at this hotel for a night, our room key got broken, when we used it after we had our breakfast and we were charged a lot, there's some cockroaches in the toilet, the hotel is creepy. Think before you stay.

Arrived at the hotel about two hours ago. Upon approach, the building looked moldy, tired and empty. Only one other car was in the big parking lot. There are dogs roaming the grounds because there were no guests to be seen. The desk staff seemed surprised to see me walk in as no but the staff seemed to be there.... More

This hotel is old and needs a lot of attention. The rooms are a bit rundown, although clean. It smelled musty and I had an allergy attack in the middle of the night. The breakfast was good and the service was great. But I'm afraid this hotel should not remain open unless they do a major renovation.

We arrived around 11pm and the hotel was dark except the light coming out of the lobby. We were booked on the 5th Fl with 1 masters and 2 bedrooms with double beds. We got this room through our sons sharing (RCI) that cost him an extra US 200+. We requested 2 extra beds for the master and the other... More

My family and I traveled to the Philippines for a relaxing vacation in a quality, clean, and renovated hotel. That did not happen. As we traveled to the hotel, it was very hard to find, it being isolated from all the other lines of hotelas and resorts near it. We found it quite remote. When we entered, we immediately smelled... The Philippine Science High School System used this as a venue for the K-12 Curriculum Writeshop for Grades 9 and 10 last Nov 18-22, 2013. Honestly, I don't know how much DOST paid thus I have no basis of comparison. Though I'm guessing it's a 3-star hotel since it has the basic amenities with its own share of problems. What's... More

I purchased a voucher last December for a 2-day/1-night accommodation to be used in this hotel From April to August 2013. The Hotel is no longer part of Tagaytay, but of a nearby town of Alfonso in Cavite. (The last town in Cavite en-route to Batangas). Although along the highway, access to the hotel is hard as you need to... More

I purchased a 2d/1n accomodation thru a deals website in december for this hotel. First week of may, i called in to reserve. I specifically requested a lower floor, 2nd would be fine, but i was given a higher floor. We went there in may 8. We took the bus from mrt-taft avenue to nasugbo, the place was easy to... More
