We celebrated my birthday as well as the birthday of my eldest son in Tagaytay and stayed at thus hotel for a weekend. Tagyatay City was heavily hit by Typhoon Glenda- so electricity and cable tv/ internet was damaged also. Luckily, electricity was restored when we arrived although there was no cable tv and internet. Check in was quite slow..front... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here last November (2013) . We arrived a little early and we thought we'll just have to wait for like 30mins for the check in time before we can go to our room but they made us wait for only 5 minutes. That's something to be happy about! Anyway, when we arrived, I have observed... More

Well the view from my room was not so great. Not much of a view at all, but once you leave the room and go anywhere on the property, the views are spectacular. The rooms are not very big, but are ok. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and so friendly.... More

The lake hotel tagaytay is located facing the famous and beautiful Taal Lake occupied by the Taal volcano at the same place. I found the hotel was quite friendly, huge room, easy to use internet, responsive staff and an easy location. Even for some of the facilities were quite modest, such as, the gym which did not provide scale :)... More

We stayed on a room with a view of the lake and Taal Volcano and it was awesome. The room itself was clean and comfortable though slightly crowded for 2 queen sized beds. But I didn't mind it that much for who wouldn't want to wake up every day to that wonderful scenery? As for the hotel, it was really... More

We stayed at the Lake Hotel in Tagaytay last June 6-7, 2014. We bought a deal in one of the more popular coupon websites. First off, reservation was easy, I communicated with ms Coleen and she helped us book our room. Initially, they did not allow booking during the weekend since it was a voucher deal but they approved anyway,... More

Stayed here with my girlfriend for the weekend. We did not have reservation but just walked-in and tried if there were vacant rooms. We were lucky to get one even though it has no view. check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious enough. You don't feel crowded but doesn't wow you with space. Service was fast and the... Hotel was accessible and rooms were clean. Staff were courteous and accommodating. Function room was big enough for business meetings although there were limited power outlets. Food was good, especially their clam chowder. Check in went on smoothly and the room was ready immediately.Would recommend it for business meetings for those who want to go somewhere away from the hustle... More
