My brother's family and I spent our Christmas holiday in this hotel and it didn't disappoint. It was raining and chilly when we arrived and I thought that it's such a waste to be out here and just be stuck in the hotel room. It's great that they have several activities to keep us entertained and they even prepared free... More

I decided to write to say how much the Buffet Breakfast and service have improved since my last visit earlier this year. I visited in August and found it to be fair only and a slight disappointment. My only comment would be that as Tagaytay is noted for its produce a wider range of local seasonal fruits, rather than just... More

Stayed with the family last Jan. 3 to 4, 2015, paid about 10,500 per room, with 3 extra adults and 2 extra beds. Comfy beds, cool AC, and we had a veranda facing Taal Volcano, a view that was so peaceful and beautiful.. Great location too, near the restaurants. (Max's, RSM, Bali Paluto, Yellowcab etc) We loved their breakfast buffet,... More

I had a not-so-good experience with this hotel. I booked through Agoda but prior booking I clarified by calling them asking how to upgrade from (clearly stating) Standard Room to a room that has the lake view and if there's availability, the representative stated that I just have to pay an additional Php700. I indicated the same on the special... More

I booked this hotel for me and my husband's family for New Year's eve so we can spend quality time together. We we got there, I was impressed with the view but it ended there when I noticed that they had really poor acoustics when we could hear people from their garden while we were trying to sleep. The hotel... More

The very nice thing about this hotel is the perfect view of Taal Volcano. If you are a fan of nice scenery plus a fine luxury hotel I will surely recommend this place to you. It is located on the aisle of Tagaytay City wherein most of the tourist spots are very accessible in the said Hotel. The staffs are... More

Nightmare! I wonder how this hotel can pride itself as 4 star. It is more of a cheap motel, really. Everything in our room didn't worked. From the door key, safe, air-conditioning, water heater, and worst part was that the room went out of electricity twice and it was pitch dark! We were in a junior suite and that's the... More

It is our 2nd time booking int his hotel and this time we got a deal at ensogo for almost 50% off so we booked 2 rooms for the whole family. The place is great and the view is breathtaking. The only complaint I have is they are too slow in confirming the rooms. They gave me 1 room when... More
