I stayed one night at their white room *Residence Inn*. Actually I love the room. It has a great view of the Lake. Gino, the receptionist, had been kind to my requests. I asked if he can arrange the artist who does henna to come before 8am, and he did. I had my henna done before the marriage I am... More

I love this place because everything is here, zoo, a restaurant, entertainment place, adventure park, beautiful rooms and breathtaking view. I really love their room, it is spacious, beautifully crafted and animal inspired. I will definitely come back to this place again and again.

We stayed last weekend and overall impression was...Hotel staff were mostly accommodating and very courteous, eager to please you. Try calling the front desk and request something and voila....your request is immediately attended. Special mention goes to Bernie of the Front desk and Jerry of the Hotel Restaurant. They should be congratulated for a job well done...if an opportunity to... More

This review is about the zoo part of Residence Inn. My best friends and I went to Residence Inn for some girl bonding via the Buendia-Nasugbu bus route. There were some packages available, but I got confused when the men manning the gates and the ticket booth practically pushed us to get just the regular rates and get the other... More

The whole family went (we're all 6, 2 were children) yesterday just to stroll in Residence Inn. The entrance fee was expensive, (P299.00/adult and P249/child, 3ft up to 4ft) for quite a number of animals. Some of their animal weren't present and they were out of show. We just stayed there for about 35 minutes, really short walk. Actually, it's... More

It happened that we have noisy neighbors at that time, so we decided to go some place to sleep for the night, somewhere quiet. So we decided to drive to tagaytay and look for a hotel. Unfortunately since its kinda late when we arrived there, round 8pm. Almost all our choice of hotel is fully book. We ended up at... More

Note that this review is not considering the Hotel itself but the Restaurant only. THis Restaurant by all means should be avoided by any family with kids. One of the waiters, all of whom are rather unpleasant, hit our 14 months year old son with a plate and did not even as much as saying sorry. Stay away if you... More

Well, room is big enough for a family because there is a small family room where you can put extra mattress but it looked and smelled a century old. Hadn't i booked in advance we won't stay here. The zoo is small and will not take an hour to explore. we went there October 31 and they prepared a magic... More
