My students and I stayed here for two nights while in Dhulikhel as part of a school trip to Nepal. The staff were extremely hospitable and made us feel right at home, and Mr. Shrestha, the owner and longtime mayor of Dhulikhel, went out of his way to welcome us and teach us some of the history of his community.... Best hotel in Dhulikhel. Great view + food + hospitality :) , The rooms were huge and the views were nice. We can see the sunrise from our room. We have lunch and dinner at the restaurant and they were great ; chinese style food for lunch and Nepalese food for dinner. We love the Nepalese food. The hotel manager... More

The rooms were huge and nice but it was too cold and out of my comfort. They had a small heater in the room and the heater did not work. The wifi was very slow and weak in the room. The breakfast was okay!! But the view was terrific in the early afternoon, you could see a better view of... More

Agree with other reviewers , the dinner food at the restaurant was very nice ( the Nepalese dishes ). The room was big but the furnitures were quite old. The room was very cold because there was only a small infrared electric heater which didn't help much. Luckily, there was a small heating water bag under the blankets on the... More

We have only been in this hotel for lunch. We ate on the terrace, the sun was shining, the view over the mountains was breath taking. The food was simple but good (nepalese and occidental dishes) NB: we were travelling in group and the lunch was organized by our tour operator

This hotel is in nice location to get great Himalayan views, very nice exterior but sadly rooms really need to improve its huge in space but not in facilities, bed was not comfortable at all. Even I got problem regarding hot water for shower. Restaurant is not up to the standard, morning breakfast was not good at all. To make... More

This hotel is in an isolated location. Other than watching the mountain view no other activities available. You can not even meet any locals or mingle with them. No complaints about the hotel. By early morning 530 I was able to view the mountain range. The complimentary break fast is nothing but the toast, Omelet, Butter Jam and Coffee .... More

Dirty rooms, dirty restaurant, really unfriendly staff... really disapoiting after all great experiences in other hotels in Nepal. The restaurant was pretty disapointing. The chairs are so dirty and disgusting that no one dares to sit down. The same with the table and table sets. They seem not to have been cleaned for years. Cannot recommend to stay here at... More

The hotel has one of the best views of the Himalayas in the country. Our room was very big, but also very cold as it was December. The poor electric heater couldn't keep up but we had plenty of blankets for sleeping. Morning was fine, though, as there was plenty of very hot water for a shower. This place would... More
