While it seems a decent hotel, the unusual interpretation of pizza, latte and cake we had in the eatery was confusing as it was bland. It's probably no knock on the hotel I note, but don't expect a drop in great lunch. It's more for the guests if they need or have too get something and are suffering from the... More

Nothing to complain about here. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with TV, coffee/tea and wifi. Wifi can be a little flaky in the rooms. There's also a good sized pool and spa. Didn't try the in house restaurant other than for breakfast, which was a little chaotic. Take a left outside the hotel and you'll find a dozen or more... More

Last week Feb 14, we went to bagan to celebrate our anniversary. We are travel agent, so we decided to make some hotel inspection too. We went inspections to many hotels including Treasure Bagan and met with Hotel manager who show us around. Treasure bagan is in New Bagan area, nice rooms, garden and pool and also have puppet show... More

We spent two nights on half board basis, at this resort, 29th and 30th January. The room we had was on the ground floor with no view, but it was well equipped with Mini Bar, Tea making facilities, spacious and clean, large comfortable double bed, friendly staff, with free Wi Fi and TV. The only drawback was that money exchanging... More

Nice big modern room with bathroom that seemed a decade older. It is a rather soulless place in New Bagan, perfectly all right, but not a place you will remember much about once you have checked-out. The hotel breakfast is good, but the restaurant menu is expensive with, in my opinion, rather bland could-be-anywhere type of food. Luckily enough, just... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of our package tour and enjoyed our stay but the hotel rooms and facilities could do with an upgrade as suggested by other reviewers. Also, the rooms and facilities such as the dining room are a bit dark and could be greatly improved by an improvement to the lighting. Having said this the... More

The grounds of the hotel (with the palm trees, reddish colored buildings and attractive pool) give it a somewhat magical feel, but the rooms feel old and tired (and certainly do not exude luxury). It may be very good relative to the competition but the furnishings and bathroom fixtures are rather old. . . The power failed twice, but the... More

What we liked most o this place is the location. (10 mins away to the left are a stretch of GREAT restaurants, directly outside a bank and a mini-mart). So, about the hotel itself - Rooms are very big and essentials are ALL met (wi-fi,security box, hairdryer, sweets by the bed :)) The grounds are large and staff are friendly... More

We spent two nights at this hotel. The service was very friendly and professional: always smiley and responsive. the facilities however could be improved: although the hotel is nicely built, rooms are decorated in a very basic way and are not soundproof; with a market nearby, it can be quite noisy. The water of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi was... More

The rooms at the Myanmar Treasure are very big and quite nicely decorated. The grounds are large and beautifully kept. While most of the staff are friendly and professional, the front desk staff never seem happy to see customers approach. In fact, they are an unsmiling lot. We stayed at Christmas and were told we had to attend a "compulsory"... More
