Stayed here 3 nights on a tour of Burma (Myanmar). The hotel is a bit far from town but very good for the price. This was the only hotel on our tour that did not offer a buffet breakfast, but only a fixed menu. The area is a perfect location for photographers with 2200 ancient temples and stupas. A modern... Attractive grounds but rather dark (even with the lights on) and tired rooms. The service was rather unenthusiastic, Pleasant to sit around the pool and have drink. The food was ok but nothing special. Transport is necessary to go anywhere. But you are in Bagan, which is extraordinary!

My hubby Willy and I stayed here during our two month trip to SE Asia. Charming, clean and comfortable. The garden like setting added to the aura of exoticism that made our time in Bagan a most memorable one!

Pretty enough hotel comprised of a number of buildings on spacios grounds. The main buidlings with lobby, bar, pool and restaurant are very attractive. The pool was very cold in January. The guest rooms are decent enough, but nothing special. Beds hard as rocks (and I like hard beds!).

This is a difficult review given that I don't have any other hotels in Bagan to compare this one to. The front desk staff, unlike the friendly demeanor of most people in Myanmar, seemed aloof. The non-smoking room that I had requested was actually a room that had a very strong smell of cigarettes. Since I am highly allergic to... More

While it seems a decent hotel, the unusual interpretation of pizza, latte and cake we had in the eatery was confusing as it was bland. It's probably no knock on the hotel I note, but don't expect a drop in great lunch. It's more for the guests if they need or have too get something and are suffering from the... More

Nothing to complain about here. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with TV, coffee/tea and wifi. Wifi can be a little flaky in the rooms. There's also a good sized pool and spa. Didn't try the in house restaurant other than for breakfast, which was a little chaotic. Take a left outside the hotel and you'll find a dozen or more... More

Last week Feb 14, we went to bagan to celebrate our anniversary. We are travel agent, so we decided to make some hotel inspection too. We went inspections to many hotels including Treasure Bagan and met with Hotel manager who show us around. Treasure bagan is in New Bagan area, nice rooms, garden and pool and also have puppet show... More

We spent two nights on half board basis, at this resort, 29th and 30th January. The room we had was on the ground floor with no view, but it was well equipped with Mini Bar, Tea making facilities, spacious and clean, large comfortable double bed, friendly staff, with free Wi Fi and TV. The only drawback was that money exchanging... More

Nice big modern room with bathroom that seemed a decade older. It is a rather soulless place in New Bagan, perfectly all right, but not a place you will remember much about once you have checked-out. The hotel breakfast is good, but the restaurant menu is expensive with, in my opinion, rather bland could-be-anywhere type of food. Luckily enough, just... More
