Thousands of pigeons flying over the pool and coming down to drink water. Yesterday a cat hunted a pigeon by its neck, national geographic live. The room is nice, but too much noise in the roof. 6am and I'm awake trying to figure out if the noise is the pigeons that nest in the roof, or the cats that catch... More

We stayed there for 2 nights. It is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Their staff is very polite and helpful. The wi fi was not easily accessible. We would like to congratulate the restaurant staff as we had dinner every night. The courses were very tasteful and plenty. Every night there was also entertainment with live folk dancers... More

Very nice and quiet hotel in New Bagan. The rooms are clean and the people working in the hotel very friendly. Walking distance to the restaurants in New bagan. Big breakfast buffet but some fresh fruit juices could be added.

Very nice grounds, rooms clean and well kept. The pool is frequented by large flocks of pidgeons, dropping their loads in the water. Not very nice. Water looks clean, but still.... ATM machine near the pool, great. The restaurant is quite good and served a very tasty grilled fish. Better than at Le Planteur in Yangon. Fine breakfast with egg... More

Stayed here 3 nights on a tour of Burma (Myanmar). The hotel is a bit far from town but very good for the price. This was the only hotel on our tour that did not offer a buffet breakfast, but only a fixed menu. The area is a perfect location for photographers with 2200 ancient temples and stupas. A modern... Attractive grounds but rather dark (even with the lights on) and tired rooms. The service was rather unenthusiastic, Pleasant to sit around the pool and have drink. The food was ok but nothing special. Transport is necessary to go anywhere. But you are in Bagan, which is extraordinary!

My hubby Willy and I stayed here during our two month trip to SE Asia. Charming, clean and comfortable. The garden like setting added to the aura of exoticism that made our time in Bagan a most memorable one!

Pretty enough hotel comprised of a number of buildings on spacios grounds. The main buidlings with lobby, bar, pool and restaurant are very attractive. The pool was very cold in January. The guest rooms are decent enough, but nothing special. Beds hard as rocks (and I like hard beds!).
