Stayed two nights and really enjoyed it, a welcome break after a busy few days sight seeing. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. The 'room boys', make up your bed with a towel sculpture and a design in fresh flower petals..touristy but cute. The staff were friendly and attentive, WiFi at reception only but connection pretty good. The hotel... More

We had a 3 night stay here after a busy 2 weeks touring Burma and what a gem! The hotel has beautiful grounds and is in a lovely setting. Big bungalow style rooms so no noisy neighbours. A little bit out of town but plenty of on site amenities with decent food in the restaurant and a wonderful restaurant a... More

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a great view of the pagoda (by the restaurant). My room was beautiful and quite large. The staff were also very helpful with renting a pedal bike and an e-bike. The only thing I didn't love is that it's a bit off of the beaten path...which while nice for noise levels, makes... More

We stayed in a cottage-type room with common walls that were thin. Felt like what an American might describe as a "rural inn". Beds were ok, service was just fine (forget those who complain about the help not understanding English very well; you are a guest in a foreign country so adjust your attitude). Absolutely beautiful gardens that surround the... More

The grounds of this hotel are fabulous with lush tropical vegetation surrounding the buildings and a wonderful pool area, overlooked by the hotel's very own ancient pagoda. Our room was very clean and well furnished though showing its age a little in its bathroom fittings, and hot water was erratic. The staff are all smiling and willing to help in... More

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are lovely. The bar was expensive. Beers were more than twice what they were elsewhere. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel so can't comment on the evening meal. Whilst it is a bit of a distant from the town there is an excellent local restaurant two minutes walk... More

Really liked this hotel. Breakfast was great with freshly cooked pancakes and fresh fruit juice. Rooms were nice and I had no problem with hot water. Lovely pool and garden. Good place to watch hot air balloons go over in the morning although the roaring of the burners was a bit disconcerting until I worked out what it was!

as per title - and with a pool ! A rare treat on our holiday. Lovely breakfasts, attentive staff and excellent room service. All-in-all a great base to explore Bagan. Front of house were fully able to sort out all our excursion needs including hire of e- bikes etc.

This hotel has potential to be a 5 star with a couple of modest changes. The hot water in my room was close to non-existent. The grounds are beautiful. The spa was good and reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The location is ok, but you do have to walk down... More

I agree with the last reviewer that there is something wrong with this hotel. It should be a lovely peaceful situation but due to the many small group tours you are woken up very early in the morning due to their departures. They also dominated the small reception area and pool area, which is very attractive but of course everyone... More
