Very nice place to stay at near Bagan! Excellent breakfast (coming from their bakery, which is very good). Very nice pool (although a bit on the sold side) Spacious room in a bungalow. On the down side, staff is very noisy early in the morning and once forgot to make the room,

I'd say the good out way the bad. Friendly staff attentive to your needs. We think the hotel have a deal going on with their taxi driver as he was hugely expensive! Best to find and book your own taxi if wanting to avoid this sting. Good location, a nice walk down through the village to restaurants and the river.... More

Stayed at Thante with my partner for 2 nights and immediately wished we booked for longer. The staff were amazing, helped us with all of our needs especially when renting bikes for the day to explore the temples in bagan. The hotel is a short walk away from the main street packed with restuarants and even has a huge pool... More

One of the best budget hotel during my visit in Myanmar. Hot water was always available, breakfast was excellent, the room (and the bathroom) was spacious and clean. Wifi only partially available. The drawbacks are position (not so central) and in general the noise at night (due to a monastery in the area).

Nice hotel, beautiful swimming pool and rooms are big and provide towels, shampoo, etc. Location is not good as it's far from the ''restaurant street'' in the ''city'' and to go out alone in the dark streets it's ab it scary/dangerous as there are no lights, just the ones from the cars :) I'd not recommend this place if you... I love this little garden hotel with its bungalows placed around the grounds and a lovely refreshing pool in the centre. The hotel is in Nyuang Oo only a short bike ride to the Swezigon, a short walk to the local markets for great tourist shopping, and so many little restaurants close by. The hotel bungalows seem to have had... More

We were fortunate to be able to stay here. We were wait listed through our agent, One Stop. They were able to secure a reservation for us and at a better price than what you can find online. The rooms being in semi-detached bungalows, are large. We had a porch, bedroom and large bathroom. The bathroom had a tub, which... More

The rooms are spacious but a bit dark. Though it's clean. The bathroom reminds me of going back to your grandparents house - clean but really dated. The pool is nice chill out area, though the water was really cold when we went in December. The hotel isn't in the heartbeat of Nyaung Oo. We hired bikes so it was... More

A nice hotel with great service, a large swimming pool, wonderful cabins and a fine breakfast. Restaurant is lacking so you will have to get transportation elsewhere or walk 10 minutes to restaurant row.

I recently spent 5 days at this establishment. This Resort hotel turned out to be a jewel in the crown of Myanmar. For a moderate fee it provides outstanding service and fantastic facilities. Kahine, the owner will ensure you are well looked after. Both she and her staff are bright and breezy and will assist you in anyway possible. We... More
