This hotel was pure magic for a family with young children. The staff was amazing - creating magical moments at every turn. Its the best of old bagan at new bagan prices. Close to restaurants, ATM and landmarks. Breakfast, pool and nightly puppet show were all icing on the cake.

We loved our time at Kaday Aung. We had a premium suite with garden view and it was US$75 per night. There were cheaper options including similar room dor $65 near the pool. The garden view room was very peaceful with no foot traffic from other guests or staff. Room was spacious and had a bit of character/charm. The surrounds... More

We stayed here in a large room which was clean, comfortable and quiet even though it was next to the bicycle drop off. We had a sound sleep all three nights. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. You can bring the thermal jug from your room to the front and they will fill it and deliver to your room.... More

We were very happy about the service. We stayed in a suite. Good value for money. View on the swimming pool. Very quiet. When we experienced a problem with an e-bike, two staff members brought us immediately a replacement one. Flowers petals on the bed was such a nice attention. Our best hotel in Myanmar.

Given the cost of accommodation everywhere in Myanmar, and the particularly high prices in Bagan, I was reluctant to spend $45/night, but am thrilled that I did. The hotel is very attractive, and even my "superior" (standard) room was lovely. Yes, the bathrooms are a little tired, but everything works well and the hot water is 100% reliable. The staff... Our best hotel in Myanmar! Wonderful, peaceful and the staff so nice! The quality of the rooms is excellent, the place is really nice (and the swiming pool too), the food is a little bit expensive but very good (plus complete and various breakfast) and the staff is discrete, smiling and always helpful. A very good experience!

Spacious clean rooms with A/C, refreshing pool, green, relaxing and clean compound, very helpful staff, e-bikes (my recommendation!). For this price I expect a 'nicer' bathroom, but this seems to be a genereal Myanmar-problem. I would return again!

Kaday Aung Hotel, formerly known as Hotel Class One,is a nice place to stay in Bagan. Of course;i once stayed there, feel value-for-money & enjoyed hospitality of staffs there. In short,Kaday Aung is still "Class One" if you judge value-for-money. Cheers!

As for 35000 kyats for a double ,we can only get Standard room in average hotel.Their rooms were builded with woods and cheap materials. They don't have beds have to sleep on the matress which was on the floor. The bath room sliding door can not close so the room is wet.The breakfast was quite nice but can't get early as they... I think this hotel is really beautiful and when they finish the renovations is going to be really nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable only a bit dark. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is outside of the city walls which is the only inconvenience but all hotels in Myanmar tripled their prices from the last time... More
