My husband and I enjoyed this hotel a lot. Rantepao is fairly remote and lodging choices are limited. Some of the features are a bit dated, it's true but it's a lovely setting; the staff is very gracious and responsive; and the basic design and layout are quite lovely. Rooms were comfortable and large with a nice porch in front... More

We have stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It's a good place for be the base to visit Tana Toroja area. Rooms are basic and spacious. Staff is friendly and always helping you. Food delicious. Not need of alarm as from 5pm cocks start to give you the good morning.

For three nights we were the only guests in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel a valued guest. We have eaten dinner here twice: miehoen goreng campur and that tasted great. The location is awesome with fantastic views. Outside the city, but Rantepao is not very special. Only the rooms and bathrooms are very, very... More

The building looks great and it is set in pleasant grounds, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are large, but worn by European standards. The bathrooms have hot water provided by gas boilers that may be hard to work. The rooms are well maintained each day. The restaurant is fine but more costly than the comparable in town, serivice is... More

Toraja is a stunningly beautiful and interesting place to visit and we enjoyed our stay here much more than in other places. We chose Torsina because of the views - in front of and behind the hotel - beautiful rice fields and mountains. Every room faces the same way, so everybody gets the view from the balcony linking all the... More

Overall, this is a great hotel for your Toraja adventures, and I highly recommend this place for your stay. Location: This hotel is located not too far outside of Rantepao down a dirt driveway away from the main road, which means it's quieter. Surrounding the hotel are rice fields and nice views of the mountains. You can easily get to... More

It is a small cozy hotel run by a very warm lady name Ibu Bertha. She would chat with the guess, ask whether everything was ok. The staff were very friendly and responsive, the price is very reasonable, the location is near to many tourism spots in Rantepao. The restaurant faces the swimming pool and it is also by the... Hotel is nice, outside of town with view on ricefield and mountains. Rooms are cean, with hot water, but quite old. No worries to go in town with ojek, 10k. Friendly service. Little bit expensive for 400k in Indonesia. Nice swimming pool.

We stayed here for several nights in mid-March -- and were the sole occupants of this hotel beside the family that runs it. The staff was friendly and tried to be professional, but I suppose with only 2 guests standards can decline. We ate our suppers in the attractive outdoor dining area since it rained every evening, but menu items... More

We stayed here for four nights, and were a bit dissapointed. The hotel just feels old and worn, and the management didn't seem very passionated about their place. Not that there was anything wrong.. service was good and the rooms were spacious and clean. But the general ambience was just a bit tired and uninspired. The view from the rooms... More
