I went to Misiliana hotel last november. The rooms have no internet, you had to go to the restaurant areas, the service was so so (they took like 20 mins when I asked for towels for the swimming pool) and what is worst, after cleaning my room they left the room unlocked. We had expensive stuff there, plus the passports,... More

Room was clean enough. But bathroom looked old. No air-conditioner. Room was not sound proof since there were open ventilation to outdoor area. And they did not replace bath amenities that were used before (we had to ask for more soap). Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, but they provided Indonesian and American breakfast. No in room-wifi (only at lobby... More

All staffs are very friendly and caring. The service is very good. The decoration of the hotel is pretty awesome. I like their tamarillo juice. This is really a good place for staying. ultimately I had a superb experience.

No water heater and I had been complaining to the hotel, they said yes they'll check and repair but it wont work at all, the breakfast was cleared up at 9.30 where it should've cleared up at 10. No wifi in public place.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and it was a delightful experience. Since they picked us up in our hotel in Makassar until we got back again, everything was great. From the hotel, we could arrange all tours with a guide who spoke spanish. We would like to emphasize the special attention we received from Yohan Tangkesalu who... More

it's a big hotel, with beautiful garden, friendly staff and a good starting point for sightseeing, but everything else is very "discutable". the room was like going back in time, with old furniture, no flat TV, bathroom that could be cleaner (no shower) and windows that can't be closed properly. there's a pool, but is open to everyone (lots of... Hotel needs a facelift and much more attention to detail. The first rooms we were given were not properly cleaned--cobwebs, dirty floor, gecko poop on the wall, wastebin had not been emptied and- the crowning blow- one of the beds had dirt and sand in it. The bed linens had not been changed. They moved us to cleaner rooms but... More

The hotel itself looks really nice, that was the reason we came for lunch since it's a little bit difficult to find a clean place to eat in Rantepao. The food was dissapointing. My husband ordered a steakburger, it supposed to come with cheese, lettuce, etc. (thats what the menu says), the burger arrived at the table and all in... More

checked in in the hotel bit late in the afternoon, and the check in was quick and efficient. We booked a deluxe room which is such a bug spacious room and bathroom. Our room is but old but very clean. It has everything in the room, tv, minibar, coffee maker etc, but no aircond as we do not need aircond... More

This big torajan style hotel located three kilometers from Rantepao Center is a good choice as a basecamp to explore the area. The rooms are quite large, with a comfortable bed, an honest bathroom, two armchairs on a little terrace, but no aircon in the room. As the gardens and the pool are nice too, the atmosphere is pleasant and... More
