I was here in a business trip in May 2014. Staff reception was Ok and helpful. Room was large. Equipped with large size sofa. But it's not very clean room. There was stains and human hairs on the sofa. Biscuits and dirts on the carpets. It seems like the housekeeping in a hurry to clean it up... In the bathroom,... More

I had a very good sleep during my stay in Balikpapan at sagita hotel. Worst things: 1. The pillow sheet was stinks, really. Like some sweaty guy just slept on it and never changed the seet for 2 weeks. 2. Since i stayed there for 2 weeks, the housekeeper was started to get ignorat, i could see dust on the... More

Staying in their business room, at first the hotel looks quite nice with minimalist but elegant style. The room is clean, quite spacious with sofa, TV and writing desk. Unfortunately the bath tub is broken, the water for shower are somehow yellow-ish color, the TV is still old fashion. Their WiFi worked for few hours during my stayed with a... More

This hotel is bigtime dated, the linens stink. Tv is archaiec. Treadmill n exercise room didnt work, black mold, brown tap water and the food in Chopsticks was terrible, only reason i stayed here after one nite is my company paid for it, oh yea there is a mosque right beside it that at 430 am will blast you with... Fancy hotels often have this problem: the staff are not given any training to be able to solve your problems or to think outside the narrow box that management constucts for them. Hotel Sagita is another one of those places. The rooms are nice, spacious, and the pool area, though lacking atmosphere, is slick and modern. However, a couple of... More

Near the sepinggan airport, just IDR 45.000 by cab for 15 minutes 2. Clean and comfort room 3. Large room with sofa, bathup and modern minimaliz concept... More

Nice hotel with good value for money. Downside are old TV sets and wear and tear of the hotel. With small touch ups they could gain a lot. Internet did not work for a week due to a lightning strike which was bad - only lobby had available wifi internet. The 'Redsquare' nightclub is nice and in the basement of... More

I have stayed for 4 nights in this 3 star hotel. The staff at the front reception were very polite and efficient. The breakfast is also good and my room came with free soft drinks and tidbits from the mini bar. Had an enjoyable stay.

This hotel understands how to treat repeat customer - thank you for upgrading my room, surprising me with birthday cake and allow me to take a routine late check out :). The internet connection is better than before. The room is comfort enough, but they need to repair leak toilet sprayer's hose. Breakfast menu is average, it will be great... More
