I happen to stay in this particular Hotel 3rd time in a row. All the time I visited Dargah. Unfortunately this time the experience has been worst & I even lodged a written complaint about it. Since it was a family trip we are allotted rooms at different floors after speaking to the reception/ Manager we were given two adjacent... More

We stayed there for 1 night. Hotel is located at around 1.5 km from the Dargah. Ana sagar lake is also at walking distance from the hotel. So, the location of the hotel is okay. Delux Rooms are average, though, suite rooms are better. We stayed in road-facing Prince suite (corner room). Roof-top restaurant is good. However, the service needs... More

Dear Guest Thank you for the comments on your recent stay. I am glad to know that overall your stay was fine with a couple of minor issues with the hot water and restaurant service. We have recently installed a new Solar Powered water heater and have done away with the old boiler system which was a cause for many... More

We stayed in Hotel Ambassador for one day in Dec 2013. We booked 4 rooms on the first floor. The hotel is located in the busy area of the city. Rooms were pretty dirty with damp walls coated with fungus. There was noise of road traffic in the front facing rooms throughout the night. Cleanliness of rooms, bed, washrooms was below... More

Dear Guest Thank you for sharing your views on your stay with us. I do accept that one of the rooms had a damp corner on the ceiling due to showers just before your stay and that has now been taken care of. At the time of check-in, we showed you rooms towards the road as well as in the... More

This hotel is an excellent place to stay if one is in Ajmer. The rooms are quite new and renovated. It's location is very convenient for visiting both Pushkar and the Dargah Sharif. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Overall an excellent hotel to stay. It has everything that one could expect from a good city hotel.

I had booked hotel room for couple of days at the Ambassador Hotel in Ajmer. It was the most pathetic in my entire life. Worst morning buffet... No hot water... Rude and illmannered hotel staff... The entire hotel was smelling of sewer yes sewer... I do not have words to describe how they have made me feel sooo bad.

Dear Guest It is unfortunate that your review points out the things that were not a part of your experience and have cropped up due to some other issue that arose during your stay. You booked in 2 rooms and you were given the recently renovated rooms which you were very happy with. You decided to have dinner at our... More

The hotel staff was friendly and eager to please. We requested for an early check-in, it was approved, we request for a late check-out, it was approved also, even on a off season time, some hotel would not have approved it....
