I enjoyed my stay here. Was made to feel very welcome. As soon as you step in from the busy street there is calm atmosphere. The owner has drawn a map of the sights to see in the town, which are all within walkable distance and informed me of the Jain Temples on the Hill top in Nareli Village which... More

I have stayed at the Haveli Heritage Inn twice, nine years apart, and can report that it is still a great budget choice and a welcoming oasis in the heart of Ajmer. You can feel your stress level drop noticeb\ably once you have crossed the threshold from busy Kutchery Road. Although not fancy, both times I have stayed my room... More

I wanted to stay at this B&B while travelling to Ajmer since I had read about it's historical legacy and (supposedly good) standards of service. However, when I went there, they refused to honour my reservation (I had done it over the phone, which they assured me would suffice). Undeterred I returned to the Haveli the next day, after spending... More

claimed to be a building 140 years old, u will find almost the whole structure newly built, apart from the front facade which too was horrible.moreover do not expect high ceilings, long and large verandahs, arches, jharokhas and all.Hardly a haveli, it's more like a ordinary lodge only with a tariff of a 3 star hotel!Bathrooms r unclean n in... A nice welcome in a sort of "Heritage" hotel, apparently nicely situated because not far from the railway station... BUT extremely noisy, 24 H/24 because the trains, and there are many of them, make a terrible noise with their horns, day and night. Otherwise, the hotel is approximately kept, including a small inside garden where it's pleasant to have breakfast.

From the very first day we were delighted to be at the Haveli Heritage Inn. The Owner of the inn, Shri. Rajiv, gave us his very best service at all times. The room was very good and we did not find any minus point at all. The atmosphere at the old Heveli was very homely, and the helping hand of... More

We stayed at Haveli Heritage in October 2012, and it was one of our trip highlights. Rajiv and family were welcoming and very informative. We stayed for only one night - arriving early one day, dropping bags and then catching the bus to Pushkar. This was an ok experience, but not the 'spiritual' place we were expecting. We were glad... Was there for less than 24 Hours in Ajmer, hotel is near Railway station & other markets. Ajmer is not a big town. People are warm over there especially Lal Singh who was very helpful in his service. Mr Bhargava the owner was also very warm & caring person.

Booked this place for my parents and have stayed here myself. Pros are great home cooked food (extra charge), close to dargah. Cons poor housekeeping, dirty towels for example, rooms are not serviced, bathrooms could be better. Little on the expensive side for the quality of rooms you get.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They gave us information about Ajmer and Pushkar, what to see, how to get there. We even got a good lunch adress. The indian staff of hotels can often make you feel akward, but not in this place! A really nice homely environment. We had a really nice room at the back (facing... More
