Good points are, its right dead ahead of the Dargah, hence comfortable walking distance. And I suppose thats it about it all.
On the low side, the rooms are dirty, linen not apt, keep your expectation low on the service front and consider hygiene to be virtually unknown. More so, if you get any room above 2 floor. expect it...
