I stayed for one night in Aug'12. pretty well maintained rooms. A few steps away from the local market. Only issue is the close proximity to a mosque. It gets disturbing during the namaz time. Rest is OK

oh my god this is the worst hotel i ever stayed.dirty towels in the bathroom.no curtains in the bathroom.bedsheets are horrible.taps are not working.horrible food.bad staff.keeps u asking tips again nd again. Bakshi restaurant is good veg.rest.outside the hotel.

Poshwan Hotel in Gulmarg is ok for a nights stay. the hospitality is good and the people are attentive. The room has an electric blanket!!! which is essential. The food is average but the service is prompt.
