This hotel is in a great location in the city center. But when we arrived they had no room key cards so every time you left your room you had to stop at the front desk and have some one come up and let you back in. The Pool was under repair and closed. The carpet had stains, the beds... More

After touring all day it was great to relax in the pool...it was fabulous ..especially in 110 degrees! The lunch and breakfast buffets were great. Many selections but would prefer more Tunisian dishes! Very quiet...

I had a three day conference to attend in Sfax and took the whole family with me, thinking that this hotel has a large beautiful swimming pool as shown on their website, for the kids to enjoy. I booked three rooms for three nights. Much to my children's disappointment, the pool is under renovation and is unusable. The manager showed... More

I'm really sorry to do this, I never usually write bad reviews but I have to say i was v disappointed with this hotel. The guy at reception was quite rude, the room stank of cheap cleaning products and as though the same cloths had been used many times. Swimming pool out of action, mosquitoes in the room and a... I stayed i week in this hotel and i'm very dissapointed. My general oppinion: the room was dirty, horrible smell(like toilet) all the time, the guys from reception very unfriendly and not respectuos. The breakfast was poor, just few yogurts, bread, butter, 1 day i saw cheese but looked not so fresh, milk and some ceraleals. The windows are not... More

Good location near the sights and next to the station. Good sized room with tv, but no english channels. Good breakfast. For some reason a guy had washed our car without tellling us, and expected to be payed for the service. Be advsed if parking outside the hotel. Huge and great breakfast..When returning in the afternoon, the were cookis in... More

This is a chain I've run across before in my travels. The design was nice - rooms Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but Typical. Good shopping in the area for food and bottled water. We were told that Alcohol was available in a nearby secret window. Found another secret window marked "Cookies." What choices.

The Internet connection was only available near the reception, but that was okay. The buffet breakfast was nice. It has a good variety of cold and hot food. Our room was big enough for the two of us. The veranda was facing the city centre, so we could still hear the traffic at night. The bed was too hard for... More

My recent visit to the hotel was uneventful but my personal expereience proved different and somehow better that the previous ones. There are obvious signs of improvement and the hotel staff are better equipped with the know-how of the ever increasing demands of the hospitality industry. My special thanks go to Habib, and Samir in the bar. I would be... More

The rooms are extremely nice and well equipped. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom (although it is split), lifts are well proportioned to the number of rooms. The restaurant is a bit undersized, could be more elegant, but the quality of the food is very good.
