This is my third time staying at this hotel. August 2013 and August 2014 with the family and November 2014 with my mum. All three times were just perfect. Staff are fantastic particularly the animation team. Blacky, Banana, James, Rio, Shrek and Fatima and Mohamed all made us feel so welcome and kept us entertained all week. We had so... More

This was my first holiday with my 18month old daughter so was a little nervous but was welcomed to the hotel by a friendly receptionist who spoke very good English and 2 cocktails. The staff members were all very friendly and always stopped to say hello and play with my little girl even the manager asked us everyday if we... More

Having spent a fantastic week here in March, we decided to return in nov (this is the first time I've ever holidayed at the same place twice) it was a lot quieter this time (only 27 guests at one point) but much more sunshine. even though it was so quiet there was no skimping on the food or service. the... After reading other reviews on this hotel I was not looking forward to our visit, all I can say is I do not know what the other reviewers were talking about, everybody speaks English or do their very best, the service in the main bar, the restaurant and reception were excellent (without tipping) the girl in the pool bar was... I cannot fault this hotel, I visited in November (low season) with my Mum and 2 and half year old daughter and our stay here was amazing. My daughter fell in love with a member of the animation team nicknamed Banana, she woke up asking for him every morning. I wish I could hire him as a Nanny! He was... More

The hotel entrance is very grand but unfortunately this is the only indoor relaxation area available apart from the one indoor bar. When the weather is bad as it was for our week at the Khayam it would have been nice to have had an alternative seating area. However, all the staff were just great, very friendly, very keen to... Just returned from a cheap week at the Khayam Garden. The hotel was fine, the food was great, the staff were superb (as were the other guests). The drinks package was good for the price we paid. The hotel facilities were good. The local town was great for a visit to the daily market and for a cut throat shave... More

My partner and I decided to go to Tunisia for the first time to escape the November chill and experience a little bit of winter sun. We also liked the idea of going in off-peak season when it wasn’t quite so hot and busy. I booked this hotel with First Choice after reading good reviews on Trip Adviser. We arrived... More

Arrived back early this morning from a brilliant holiday with my girlfriend. On arrival the hotel staff immediately brought out cocktails for all the arriving guests while the rooms and paperwork were being sorted out which we personally thought was a nice touch. After, they guided us towards our rooms and within minutes our luggage was brought to us. The... More

We had our honeymoon booked for us as a surprise and we honestly could not have chosen a better place ourselves. We loved every second of the holiday, all the staff are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Hotel was spotless and a very good variety of food. Would highly recommend anyone going to this hotel as... More
