Nice location close to Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro crater. Stayed one night on our way to Serengeti Wild Camp (with Zara Tours) and one more on the way back. IN total 4-5 hours drive from Kilimanjaro Airport. Friendly staff, A pool area where we enjoyed some beers while having a view of the surrounding landscape.

After 6 nights in a tent hotel seemed quite so luxury for me. In any case, nice rooms with good bed and mosquito net, ok bathroom. Lovely garden, friendly staff and very good food. The road to the hotel was really bumpy, fun experience.

I stayed for two nights. Fairly good place. The hotel did not match Swedish standards but tit was still fine. I felt welcome and enjoyed my stay. It was quite a few hours drive to get to Tarangire and Ngorongoro but much shorter to Lake Manyara. I would have preferred to stay a little bit closer to the parks.

The hotel was part of a package with zara Tours. The hotel is beautiful located in a quiet area with a nice view. The hotel area is well maintained and has a small pool and beautiful gardens. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome to the hotel. The rooms were clean, good mosquito nets covering... More

Part of package deal for Zara Tours. We did the Safari, this hotel was a intermediate stay on the way to Serengeti. So we didn't have a choice Hotel lounge was very nice, and a good place to unwind. Pool table, bar... Or just relax and check your email Food was excellent. Nothing to complain about

First two nights of safari spent here. Rooms adequate but we're not told you had to switch on water heater first day so had cold shower after having been in the swimming pool (which was also cold). Pleasant terrace and common areas, free wifi worked well in these areas.

We spent our first 2 nights here and it was great. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Food was good but the lunch boxes are really awful. Suggest you do as we did and take some snacks out with you. Great team of staff.

Our stay at Highview in Tanzania was interesting and fun. After a refreshing welcome we were escorted to our rooms which is a short walk from the main reception. The rooms are clean and have all the basic furnishings and air-conditioning . The food and wine selection was excellent and the best part was when the surprise Birthday cake I... More

We had two nights here and can definitely recommend it. The rooms are situated on a terrace and overlook coffee plantations and the hotel's veggie garden with a glimpse of the hotel's pool area. The room was clean and comfortable with a small bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with enough choices for meat-eaters and vegetarians. Food was quite plentiful... More

This hotel, along with all the fine details of our Kilimanjaro trek/safari/Zanzibar get-a-way were all great. Zara manages the fine details perfectly- guides, transfers, meals, itineraries, payments, etc. Our trip exceeded our expectation in all regards! The view and buffet at this hotel were awesome.
