Before I die I hope to visit this place again. This property is in a mountain surrounded by rolling coffee fields and is one of the most beautiful places I have ever had the privilege of visiting. The pictures don't do it justice. My first thought is this is how the colonial aristocrats must have lived. Upon arrival you bags... More

You reach the hotel a mile or so up a dirt road and wonder what is coming. Total surprise at the palatial ex-pat main building. We were lucky enough to be there in Jacaranda season, and looking through the abundance of blue-purple blooms to the coffee plantation was stunning. The service, we found, was almost over-the-top from our butler, but... More

We travelled as a family and all four of us were impressed by the service and hospitality in the Manor. Welcome: with the general manager and our butler was outrageous. Champagne and snacks in the garden. Room: we got a complete cottage with several sleeping rooms and bathrooms. Service: outstanding They managed to fulfil all our requests. Even cleaned our... More

A marvelous facility surrounded by a coffee plantation. Beautiful accomodation and beautiful surroundings. Rodgers, the Asst Manager is a wonderful human being. Great service from all of the staff. Old world charm at its best. Will gladly revisit to stay longer as its luxury all the way. Beautiful memories to cherish.

The Manor is the perfect name for this hotel. It is located on a coffee plantation overlooking valleys and mountains. The feel of the hotel is just very old world. Every single detail is exquisite and the service superb. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It features individual guest houses that overlook the plantation. Each room has a sitting area, a... More

This place is a perfect spot to stay while visiting the crater. Everything was wonderful! The service and food were fantastic. Our trip to the crater proved to be everything we had hoped. On our return from the crater, which was dusty a beautiful bubble bath was awaiting me!

We arrived at the Manor and were amazed at what a luxurious place it is. Had we realized how nice it is, we would have done less souvenir shopping and arrived earlier! The food was delicious, and the staff were so attentive. The staff think of every detail, for example, they had hot baths ready for us when we returned... More

The Manor has definitely made our stay with them unforgettable. And it wasn't easy with a group of 18. The managers and the rest of the staff go all out so that your stay is a s confortable as possible. This includes a great breakfast packed to eat at the Ngorongoro Crater. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with a toasty... More

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed. More importantly, the management and staff could not have been more sensitive and accommodating. Our 13 year old daughter became I'll while we were at the Manor and the Manor personnel did everything they could to help, including ferrying us back and forth to a clinic, catering to my daughter's every need... I was there last week together with my husband, during a safari in Tanzania for our 10th anniversary, and everything has been... simply perfect! This is not a hotel, it is a private mansion that let you in. Unfortunately we were there only for 2 nights, but I would go back and suggest a more relaxed holiday to enjoy the... More
