This hotel is in a city center so rooms with a street view are very noisy even at night. Staff surprisingly was indifferent to its customers. Kitchen was also average and prices for food were moderate. It was not very clean, but probably OK. Room for two was very small.

This hotel is located within the town center, close to everything you need from this small town. The hotel has basic amenities, clean but not comfortable especially if you want to sleep during the day time, as housekeepers always speak very loudly. The food is very basic and few varieties. Fortunately there is an Italian restaurant just opposite the hotel... More

Very solid hotel. Moderately priced and includes a continental breakfast. Rooms are clean, hot water, air conditioning. Great location in the center of town. Free wi-fi in the lobby. Good restaurant with a mix of local and international food, very fairly priced.

This is ok for one night if you're passing through on Safari. The room was clean but there was no hot water for some time, the toilet wouldnt stop running and the breakfast was pretty bad. It was centrally located to the main restaurants.

I stayed in Zebra Hotel for two nights. Centrally located and very clean rooms baths and lobby. Overall the property is maintained very clean. However the rooms are so compact you don't find space if you have a big luggage, you get hot water 24 hours. Their breakfast is very basic just cereal and bread butter jam with juice everything... The rooms are small. For an accommodation that is mostly used as a base for hiking/safari trips, the rooms do not provide ample space for your luggage. The lobby is almost always muddy. The staff act like they don't want your business, they hardly smile. The complimentary breakfast is ho-hum.

I have stayed at the Zebra Hotel Moshi a couple of times whenever I am escorting my guests who have participated in Mt Kilimanjaro expeditions in the past. The rooms, ambiance, location and budget is very pocket friendly. If you are a first timer at attempting Kilimanjaro trek, you will not go wrong with Zebra Hotel as your choice lounging... More

I stayed at the Zebra Hotel for 2 nights in March 2013. The room was very large in comparison to many other hotels or B&Bs, and was very clean and quiet. The air conditioning was a welcome addition considering the humidity in Moshi. It is located on a quiet street one block off Double Road/Mawenzi Road, right near the Indo/Italiano... More

Hi, the hotel is very basic, about US$30/night for 1 Person. It is walking distance from most of the scenery in Moshi. I stayed here for 6 nights in February 2013 and enjoyed it. It is clean (local standards), but not exceptional. The breakfast was included, it is very basic.
