what a lovely last night in Tanzania I had at Tembotamu. Sandra is a lovely and helpful host. The rooms where very clean and the breakfast stunning! I was a very refreshing experience after one month in hectic dirty and loud Tanzania.

Me and my wife stayed at Tembotamu for 2 nights after a 5-day safari (also organised by them). Not only did we stay in a very nice room (with hot shower, mosquito net and a nice, cosy feel), but we also got a lot of help with organising our time in Moshi. The guesthouse is quiet, 30 minutes walk from... More

After a long safari, this must have been our best choice to stay. Sandra is a very enthusiastic and friendly person. She helped us to take care of everything we needed, including ATM, bus tickets, wifi, laundry and a nice stay in the B&B. Also, the food we got was really good! The breakfast is fresh, tasty and complete with... More

Sandra was so welcoming and has the perfect personality to own a bnb. She greeted us so warmly and did everything she could to accommodate us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the yard is beautiful. Sandra is an excellent cook as well, she astounded us with her delicious breakfasts and dinners. Sandra went far and beyond our... More

Like the other reviews , Sandra is so accommodating, and included us in all her shopping trips, lunches in Moshi , driving us the the markets, and her home made meals were so good. When we arrived late she made us cheese toasties, and breakfast time was to suit us. She works so hard to ensure everything was perfect and... More

Hidden down a rough dirt road, this little oasis is like a secret garden waiting to be enjoyed. It feels much more like staying with a friend than staying at a hotel. The owner, Sandra, invites you to her home and her table for meals. The rooms are beautifully and creatively appointed. As you wander around the garden you find... More

Sandra and Frank were more than welcoming when I arrived a few days early to prepare for a Kilimanjaro climb with my 2 friends from the US. Providing airport pickups, meals, and arrangements in town our entire stay. They were gracious enough to invite my party and I to a BBQ hosted for a separate couple returning from a safari.... More

We stayed at TemboTamu for 3 weeks in March this year. We had stayed here last year and when we arrived we were welcomed by Sandra as if we were family. This time we stayed in the main house, in an ensure room which was very comfortable. As always Sandra's cooking was great and we enjoyed lovely breakfasts and a... More

My husband and I spent two days here prior to our 5 day exciting and wonderful safari ( organised by Tembotamu)and two days after. Sandra is a wealth of local information and is very generous with herself and her hospitality. Her BnB is homelike and casual with a good opportunity to meet other friendly travellers. It is an oasis just... More

I came to Moshi to work on a business project and needed a convenient place that met all my needs. Sandra offered their 2 BR cottage as I needed a meeting and work area. It was comfortable, spacious, ideal as our meeting place, convenient to Moshi town yet peaceful and quiet, and very reasonable in price. But what made everything... More
