The rooms were quite interesting. The bed appeared to be on a cement slab. We requested a kingside bed and we got a double and a twin pushed together. It actually worked just fine. The lighting in this hotel was poor. The room was quite dark. This hotel has a very beautiful pool. We had the buffet three times and... More

big rooms, comfortable beds. every night a buffet for all your friends from tour groups you never met. Everybody there seemed to be with a tour group. pool was lovely, service was good. AC worked superbly and the place was very quiet. Good shower, don't know what you could whine about.

This is on the edge of the Sahara and as we arrived at 5.00 p.m. the temperature was around 39 degrees C. The room was surprisingly cooler and the air conditioner did get the temperature down to something that we could sleep in. The decor is a Moroccan "mix" and the bed is a mattress on a platform ( watch... More

Even though I've rated this as average (compared in general to other properties), I believe it's probably one of the best choices you can make in this area. There's a lot to like, and some things you just need to deal with. We had a spacious room and bath, but I found the air conditioning difficult to set, and it... More

Spacious kasbah, smiley and helpful staff at the reception, berber man serving tea, excellent service and athmosfere. Pool area is very nice with comfortable loungers. Specially nice is to seat in the evening, observing incredible night sky, moon and stars. Spacious room, decorated with tipical moroccan lamps, the sink of marble with fossils is very nice. Hotel is very clean.... More

First, the rooms are very basic. They could use better lighting and better amenities in the bathrooms. The things in the room that caused us to be careful was that the bed is on a platform that extends out past the mattress and there are pillars near the foot of the bed--made a nighttime trip to the bathroom a bit... The Kasbah Hotel Chergui can be an oasis in the desert or a dark misery hole in the middle of nowhere, it all up to the visitor. The place is quite unique in their idea of offering something different from other property. The wide open space with its inviting swimming pool give the place a relaxing feeling otherwise the landscape... More

We came over the Atlas mountains to Erfoud so we could experience the desert. Our sunset camel ride in the Sahara did not disappoint. And this lovely hotel oasis didn't disappoint either. It is a large nicely laid out hotel with lots of open space. It is outside the town of Erfoud which made star gazing at night particularly glorious... More

Nevermind the long drive from Marrakech , with a stop for lunch at Ouarzazat, the place was an oasis. From the troupe welcoming you at the entrance to the smiley staff at the reception. The room was spacious and they had even placed a big fruit basket (not all hotels do that in Morocco), in the room.the room is decorated with... More
