We were travelling from the Masaai Mara through to Amboseli (on a self drive safari) and decided to break our journey in Naivasha. We chose the Simba Lodge and are glad we did. The Lodge is well established with beautiful grounds sitting on the edge of Lake Naivasha (due to the lateness of our arrival and the rainy weather we... More

The setting of this lodge is stunning, you are surrounded by wildlife. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. Our room was fantastic, they are large rooms & when I pulled back the curtains I was amazed to see Zebra & Wild buck wandering quite happily right past our veranda. Our room had the outside shower but unfortunately we didn't... More

Simba is a nice place to stay of you like big hotels. It had too many rooms for my liking. The food is served in buffet and the variety is vast. The food is tasty and the chefs are friendly. The staff at the reception are a llittle snobbish. They couldn't be bothered if you stayed or left and if... More

Nestled amongst acacia Trees, Naivasha Simba lodge epitomizes tranquility. Although the lodge is fenced, buck jump over the fence so every morning and late afternoon you are greeted by their presence. Masai guides willingly take you for guided walks into the park and we came as close to buffalo as one can in the wild. The rooms are spacious and... More

On our last morning some of the rangers took us across the Electric fence to go Watch the Water horces/Hippos for some tip Money. Really recomend this Place. If... More

It's a nice place right on the lake ... We stayed there with my wife during our trip to kenya in June .. Rooms are comfortable .. Service , food not bad . What we really liked is the game on the hotel territory ... You can walk and see giraffes , antilopes and etc .. Thanks to all staff

We have stayed during end June. Excellent location and very good property. Water Bucks, giraffes, monkeys etc on your door step. Seen lot of hippos in morning boat ride. Very good food. Rooms are clean and good enough for family of 3. Open shower is worth trying in winter.

Initially we had another hotel booked in Naivasha but due to delay in confirmations we did not get that and had to stay at the Naivasha Simba Lodge in Naivasha. Wow weren't we lucky!!! We couldn't have asked for better. The grounds were huge and lovely. The food and service was par excellence. The rooms were large and had a... More

Decided to try a different hotel in Naivasha and what a gem - the gardens and grounds are gorgeous with a herd of waterbuck roaming around, we saw giraffe in the distance and you can go to the lake but only accompanied by security from the hotel. Our room was very spacious with tv area, small balcony, fully equipped bathroom.... More

Spent two nights here for a corporate retreat and found it very conducive for both work and leisure. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, while the food is plentiful and tasty. The overall environment is perfect for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The grounds are home to a number of waterbuck who have the... More
