Nestled amongst acacia Trees, Naivasha Simba lodge epitomizes tranquility. Although the lodge is fenced, buck jump over the fence so every morning and late afternoon you are greeted by their presence. Masai guides willingly take you for guided walks into the park and we came as close to buffalo as one can in the wild. The rooms are spacious and... More

It's a nice place right on the lake ... We stayed there with my wife during our trip to kenya in June .. Rooms are comfortable .. Service , food not bad . What we really liked is the game on the hotel territory ... You can walk and see giraffes , antilopes and etc .. Thanks to all staff

We have stayed during end June. Excellent location and very good property. Water Bucks, giraffes, monkeys etc on your door step. Seen lot of hippos in morning boat ride. Very good food. Rooms are clean and good enough for family of 3. Open shower is worth trying in winter.

Initially we had another hotel booked in Naivasha but due to delay in confirmations we did not get that and had to stay at the Naivasha Simba Lodge in Naivasha. Wow weren't we lucky!!! We couldn't have asked for better. The grounds were huge and lovely. The food and service was par excellence. The rooms were large and had a... More

Decided to try a different hotel in Naivasha and what a gem - the gardens and grounds are gorgeous with a herd of waterbuck roaming around, we saw giraffe in the distance and you can go to the lake but only accompanied by security from the hotel. Our room was very spacious with tv area, small balcony, fully equipped bathroom.... More

Spent two nights here for a corporate retreat and found it very conducive for both work and leisure. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, while the food is plentiful and tasty. The overall environment is perfect for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The grounds are home to a number of waterbuck who have the... More

The place is quite serene and enchanting as compared to most properties along Moi South Lake Rd.I only go back to this place for the serenity and quietness though. Its overpriced for the quality of service provided.Staff tend to be arrogant and slow.I also don't get the concept of charging at the gate. This is the reason why; the place looks expensive... We arrived at the lodge last week to see if we could get a booking. Just at the gate, the guard said we had to pay Kshs.100/- per person just to enter in. Then we went to the reception to ask the rates. We were given very high rates and the receptionist did not even bother to reduce them. We... More

Myself and my wife were blown away by the staff at Sopa Lodge Naivasha. They were so friendly, genuine and attentive. We spent six days in their gentle company. The room was generous in size, with a simple yet comfortable layout. Our room attendant Wilson did an excellent job of keeping the room fresh, tidy and bug free. On our... More
