Located in a cool and serene environment....except for Friday nights. It seems the whole township gathers to club there on Friday night, making it impossible to take a silent walk. The rooms are gloriously comfortable though with great food. More drink varieties will make dinner perfect there. Intensified security will be a plus to the hotel

The facilities are very nice, including a pool and tennis courts, but lacking an office space for printing, scanning, faxing etc, and missing a gym. The grounds are very well manicured and nice for a stroll on warm evenings. The only problem is the service, especially related to their restaurant. You may wait in the lobby bar for 15 minutes... Stayed here for 2 nights.this is a good hotel in Kumasi, surrounded by gardens. We reached the hotel at 12:30pm, though there were plenty of rooms available, they made us wait long saying that we were early than the check in time :( . Otherwise Overall experience was good.

I had a great stay at this hotel for three nights. My only complaint was the bed was just far too hard. The service was excellent. The food was great, in the restaurant and the buffet. The staff was courteous and efficient. I would gladly stay in the Golden Tulip Kumasi again.
