This was certainly one of the best hotels in Sub Saharan Africa in its price range that I have stayed in. The rooms were very comfortable and the wifi fast. The two things that stood out for me was the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The food was international but with a strong African influence... More

The bed was literally harder than some floors I've slept on. The internet worked sporadically - call it 50% of the time and would often cut out mid task. the kitchen could use venting - as it is, it sends cooking smells throughout the hotel. there was a weird small puddle in my bathroom, regardless of whether I had used... I happen to spend a night and I can say it's the best in Kumasi. One thing I also observed is the manager is on the job too. Its surprising to see a boss assisting in clearing and etc. constantly asking "Are you OK?" "Do you need anything?" And I'm like, wow.On the more serious note. My stay was worth... More

Beds softer than my last visit but breakfast still as cold. Reception could not find bookings on arrival (despite being booked and paid for in advance). Lunch service in the bar was faster than previous visits and the burger tasty. Not many alternatives in Kumasi.

I was a woman traveling alone in Kumasi. Staying at this hotel was wonderful. It's the nicest hotel I stayed in. It was more modern - electronic keys, etc. Huge hotel... many food options and ATMs on the premise that always worked. Cab drivers at the hotel were willing to drive me to the adinkra and kente village. They waited... More

kumasi is always a great place to visit. i love the Golden Tulip and their special local food bazaar. I had a great time with my wife. Breakfast is good and the front desk ladies are so welcoming. At the Kumasi airport, i got picked up by the hotel car and the driver was at his usual best. I must... More

My wife and I decided to enjoy a weekend at the best location in Kumasi and in no doubt was our choice wrong. I must say we were given a presidential treatment. From the security man at the main entrance opening the door for us and saluting us like we are some diplomats to the porter welcoming us with a... More

I have been to the Golden Tulip Kumasi branch twice all on business. Great conference facilities, great rooms with good bedding. The breakfast served by the hotel is my favourite; i always looked forward to it. I can't say same for internet; couldn't access internet in my room. Security is assured! Great pool, if you are a lover of hot... More
