kumasi is always a great place to visit. i love the Golden Tulip and their special local food bazaar. I had a great time with my wife. Breakfast is good and the front desk ladies are so welcoming. At the Kumasi airport, i got picked up by the hotel car and the driver was at his usual best. I must... More

My wife and I decided to enjoy a weekend at the best location in Kumasi and in no doubt was our choice wrong. I must say we were given a presidential treatment. From the security man at the main entrance opening the door for us and saluting us like we are some diplomats to the porter welcoming us with a... More

I stayed for two nights @ the Golden Tulip Kumasi City Hotel and "wow", I wont hesitate to check in again anytime I travel to Kumasi or nearby. The staff at the front are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious, clean and provides all the basic amenities that comes to mind. Food served at the buffet is not only... More

I have been to the Golden Tulip Kumasi branch twice all on business. Great conference facilities, great rooms with good bedding. The breakfast served by the hotel is my favourite; i always looked forward to it. I can't say same for internet; couldn't access internet in my room. Security is assured! Great pool, if you are a lover of hot... More

Thanks for great hospitality accorded my family on our Valentine prize won from the Accra branch. We did enjoyed our stay and hoping to return soon for another vacation. I must confess that we did not expect such a wonderful service and was even contemplating of relinquishing the prize but my wife asked to just try. So we did and... More

I stayed here because I was attending a conference which was held at the hotel. The staff at check-in and in the restaurant were all professional and helpful. No problems at all there. The room was clean and in good repair. The restaurant just has a buffet in the evening. I'm vegetarian and there's no vegetarian food available. There's a... More

Nice rooms and grounds. Pool good too, but I agree, food service is well presented and looks nice but lacks quality, both dinner buffet and breakfast. Staff friendly but internet only worked half the time. Price decent

I have been visiting and staying in the Golden Tulip Kumasi City for a few times now. My stay is normally about 3 - 4 days. Am I the only one that think that the quality of their buffet is going backwards fast..........not only dinner but also Breakfast. I just find that the quality and variety offered is not what... I stayed at the Golden Tulip for a conference. The hotel is fairly old by Ghanaian standards. There is definitely a faded glory. The carpets were quite old and in need of replacement, the rooms were very simple and not memorable. Possibly the hardest beds in Ghana! On the upside, there is a great pool (including for kids) and a... More
