Both our pool heater and Spa heaters burnt down, due to which your kids could not enjoy the heated pool and spa. New heater has been installed for the SPA and Pool now, and the water is hot again. Beds were not bad but it goes downhill from there. Odor, unclean floors, lights that don't work are only part of the problems. Breakfast is horrid. Service was terrible at the desk. Other hotels were full the Fair was in town.It seem they were under renovations, the Lobby was nice 1 man at the desk, but that's the only thing I saw updated.
