This is a terrible hotel. We were there in late July, 2014 for a political petition issue. 3 women in different rooms got bed bugs. Staff very rude. Sheets not clean and not changed. Dirty, smelly and moldy. I know it is a cheap room in the South, but come on! Management's proposal to resolve the be bug issue was... More

Best hotel in town with this $$$ rates. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good which had good hot waffles. Well maintained property. I definitely would recommend to anyone who visit this city for work or vacation.

My current job requires extensive travel, I usually try to stay at a Holiday Inn, however due to a High School sports tournament, all other other hotels in town were booked. The first thing I encountered was the door lock didn't function correctly, went back and told the front desk clerk and he told me that there is a problem... More

We stayed here during a hunting trip. I've stayed a lot of $50 places. This one is the worst. The first room we had the sheets had not been changed, which was obvious from the stains and hairs all over them. It was late so they just moved us to another room. Both rooms had furniture in bad shape, the... More

Although we did get clean sheets, towels and the bathroom was clean. The rest of the room was in need of repair. The carpet needed a deep cleaning or to be replaced. The mattress was old and hard as a rock and the pillows we old and disintegrating. It was also obvious the they never moved the furniture when they... More

Was ok for extreme economy stay. Housekeeping didn't leave TP or tissues. Key didn't work when we returned on the second day. Breakfast area very small. Staff was ok but nothing remarkable. Overall average accommodations with below average service.

We followed TripAdvisor's tip that this was an okay hotel. Don't do it! The door looked like it had been kicked in a few times and there was lots of sunlight coming in under the door. The bathroom had mold in the corners. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We had reserved a... More

Due to other motels being booked; I directed my wife to obtain 2 rooms in Jonesboro via Priceline.com. The only rooms available were at the Econo Lodge on Phillips Drive. The first 2 rooms we were assigned smelled so bad (due to mold and milldue) that I returned to the office to request re-assignment; which the office Manager complied with.... More
