I've stayed at this hotel a few times for business and have always had a good experience. They offer fresh baked cookies when you check in (only at certain times). Rooms are clean and spacious with a small separate seating area. They used to have massage chairs in the lobby (which were awesome!) but were eventually removed. Nice breakfast selection... more

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We stayed at this hotel and it was disgusting. There was food left in the fridge from the occupants before us, as well as mold above the shower.Not to mention a lack of towels. We spend a lot of time in Jonesboro and the Comfort Suites should definitely be #1 here - at least until they finish the Hilton Garden Inn. This is a newer hotel in Jonesboro area. After seeing the other choices I would say that this hotel is a safe choice. Nothing too fancy, but the choices are limited in Jonesboro.
