This actually isn't a bad little hotel and the owner, Janet, is eager to help. The room I was in was comfortable with aircon, and little terrace and great hot water supply. Unlike my next door neighbour, I didn't have a fridge. Why this discrepancy? The reception staff seem to have an "I really can't be bothered" or "that's outside... More

We stayed here for one night and had a good time. The room was very nice and spacious, with a good bed, good airco and large bathroom. There was also a balcony with a view of the lovely garden. The pool is nice, but the water was not so clean. We walked up to the river and enjoyed the sunset there.... More

Superb staff, I hit it for ten days and was never bored, great location for the airport and the Delta! Will be back in April! All on the doorstep, including the river and the owner has a nice boat. Even the Shebeen, 150 metres away is friendly, went there thtree times, struggled to get back as the locals were so... More

This hotel was ideally situated as a stop off on arrival in Botswana, as we flew in to Maun. We stayed here the first (and last) night of our holiday before heading off into the Okavango Delta. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool, which was a... More

The reception and welcome by the staf, their friendliness and help outshines some of the shortcomings at this hotel. The rooms are clean with good facilities and the airconditioning in the rooms are very welcome after the hot temperatures outside. The bar facilities is good with a large selection of drinks as well as some good whiskies. The menu has... More

Thank you very much for your comments. We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and apologize for the slow service at lunch time. The kitchen staff complement has recently been increased to rectify this problem. Our buffet meals are very popular and the management appreciate your constructive review. More

After 7 nights camping and feeling very dusty, we were looking forward to a long hot shower - unfortunately, the shower comes out as a dribble and the dribble runs hot then cold. The food in the restaurant takes over 30mins to arrive and is cold. Our towels were removed from our room before we had checked out - oh,... More

Camped here on a African Atari tour before and after a trip on the Okavango delta with afrotrek to stay in a bush camp. Toilets and showers were good - some had no light though! Plenty of electric sockets for charging. Pool was nice but very cold - swimming in the delta was much warmer! Bar was good and free... More
