We stayed at Moyyan during July with the priority to relax and enjoy the water. All our expectations were met or exceeded. The food was so good I can't praise it enough, the rooms were spotless, every request was happily dealt with and lots of info to get you around. Diving on the Coolidge is a must and all snorkel... Stayed here for several days in January this year. Moyyan, was just delightful. A small complex of vila's right on the beach under large shady trees, with little balconies facing the bay. No aircon, but all walls louvred to catch the breeze. You step out of your vila onto the beach, 15 paces and you are into the sea. Lounges... More

A delightful couples retreat with a great balance of relaxation and activities. So peaceful with fantastic staff. The units have a tropical, tasteful decor and the don't forget to get a relaxation massage in the day spa. Will definitely return to this fantastic resort.

My girlfriend and I stayed at moyyan for 7 days. The resort is located on a quiet, private and beautiful beach. The location is ideal as only 15 min from town. Tracy is an amazing host giving a down to heart, personal touch to the vacation experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bungalow was bautiful and literally... More

My husband and I spent 9 days at Moyyan. Our airport transfer was waiting and really informative about the island and things to do. We were warmly welcomed to Moyyan by Manager Tracy and offered a cool lime drink to refresh. We were in Fare 4 which we thought was fantastic. Clean, very well appointed and serviced daily. The grounds... More

After touring the eastern part of the island includin Lonnoc and Champagne Beaches we were amazed by the charming Moyyan House by the Sea. Excellent bungalows, staff and food. Direct on the beach with fee access to all nonmotorized wateractivities. It was a... More

We have just got back from our holiday in Vanuatu. Our stay on Espirutu Santo was amazing and our 3 nights at Moyyan played a huge role in how much we enjoyed our stay. Tracey and her team of wonderful staff were attentive, helpful and very welcoming. We arrived early from Port Villa and a little worse for wear, two... More

Had an amazing stay at Moyyan. The location is perfect, with coral out the front which is like an underwater forest. Plus even got to swim with Dugongs.. Tracey was very helpful in organising our activities and telling us the best spots to visit. Relaxing in the hammock in the evening is a must, with a cocktail or two. We... More

What an amazing holiday! We just got back from Espiritu Santo. Stayed at Moyyan for 10 nights and couldn’t ask for a better place to spend our 20th anniversary. After reading lots of reviews we decided to book a room at Moyyan for the whole time and I must say the place was exactly as promised and much more. We... More

#2 On the Beach Hotel in Espiritu Santo
Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Moyyan is located on Espiritu Santo, the largest island of the archipelago of Vanuatu. Moyyan sits on a white sand beach where the buildings entwine with large trees, all just twelve steps from the shoreline. Five spacious farés offer a contemporary feel for the tropics with the accent on understated luxury. The cool, open restaurant and bar opens out onto the beach and shares stunning sea views. Books and board games are provided for your enjoyment as you unwind into a completely relaxing holiday. We also have bicycles, clear bottom kayaks and snorkelling equipment available for our guests. Moyyan Day Spa offers hand, feet and body rituals, facials and massage indulgences using pure botanical and aromatic Waterlily products. Staying at Moyyan means you start the day as you end it - relaxed, rejuvenated, and looking forward to all that the next day will bring. Guests at Moyyan unpack their bags into contemporary beachfront farés. Each faré has a luxurious bathroom, modern furnishings, king sized bed and private deck. They are designed to capture the sea breezes and are continually shaded to provide a comfortable environment in the tropics. In line with Moyyan’s philosophy of treading lightly on this fragile environment, each faré is architecturally designed to work in harmony with the tropical climate. They are insect-proof and take full advantage of the sea breezes. Ceiling fans create a comfortable environment. ... more   less
